葛泉矿厚层直接顶综放沿空留巷围岩控制技术研究

【摘要】:本文以葛泉矿1198工作面厚层直接顶条件下综放沿空留巷为工程背景,综合运用理论分析、数值模拟、现场试验等方法,从分析围岩结构特征着手,建立了厚层直接顶条件下综放沿空留巷基本顶的破断力学模型,分析了围岩结构稳定的影响因素,系统研究了综放工作面沿空留巷围岩控制技术,主要研究成果如下:(1)与薄及中厚煤层的沿空留巷相比,综放沿空留巷具有顶板为煤体、一次采出煤层厚度大、顶板形成的结构远离采场、围岩稳定时间长的特点,导致围岩稳定性降低、围岩控制难度大。在厚层直接顶条件下,采空区冒落的矸石能够充满采空区,基本顶破断后形成“斜跨梁”结构能够保持较好的稳定性。(2)得到了厚层直接顶条件下顶煤的厚度与刚度、直接顶的厚度与刚度、充填体的位置、宽度及强度和端头不放顶煤长度等因素对综放沿空留巷围岩应力分布与变形特征的影响规律,为综放沿空留巷围岩控制提供了依据。(3)分析了综放沿空留巷围岩应力分布和变形破坏特征,提出了采用高强度、高预紧力锚杆(索)保持顶煤和实煤体稳定及加强充填体抗变形能力的围岩控制技术。(4)在1198工作面成功进行了工业性试验。通过现场监测数据表明:留巷后巷道围岩及巷旁充填体结构基本稳定,满足使用要求,验证了本论文研究成果的正确性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the engineering background of retaining roadway along the goaf of fully mechanized caving caving under the condition of direct thick layer in 1198 face of Gequan Coal Mine, the structural characteristics of surrounding rock are analyzed by using the methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test, etc. In this paper, the breaking mechanics model of the basic roof of the roadway left along the gob of fully mechanized caving caving under the condition of the direct roof of thick layer is established, and the factors influencing the stability of the surrounding rock structure are analyzed. The main research results are as follows: (1) compared with the roadway along the gob of thin and medium thick coal seam, Fully-mechanized caving roadway along goaf has the characteristics of coal roof, large thickness of coal seam, structure of roof formation far from stope, and long time of stability of surrounding rock. The stability of surrounding rock is reduced, and the control of surrounding rock is very difficult. Under the condition of direct roof of thick layer, the gangue falling out of goaf can fill the goaf. The thickness and stiffness of the top coal, the thickness and stiffness of the direct roof, the position of the filling body, the thickness and stiffness of the top coal under the condition of the direct roof of thick layer can be obtained by the formation of "oblique span beam" structure after the basic jacking break. The influence of width, strength and length of uncaving coal on the stress distribution and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock along goaf in fully mechanized caving caving. This paper provides a basis for the control of surrounding rock along gob in fully-mechanized caving caving, analyzes the stress distribution and deformation-failure characteristics of surrounding rock along goaf retaining roadway in fully-mechanized caving caving, and puts forward the application of high strength. The control technology of surrounding rock with high pretension anchor (cable) to maintain the stability of top coal and solid coal body and to strengthen the anti-deformation ability of backfill was successfully carried out in 1198 face. The field monitoring data showed that the roadway after retaining roadway was successfully tested. The structure of surrounding rock and roadway filling body is basically stable, The correctness and reliability of the research results are verified.
