织金县富祥煤矿开拓开采优化设计研究

【摘要】:毕节市煤炭资源丰富,煤种齐全,煤质优良,是全国重要的无烟煤生产基地和煤电产业基地。根据市场经济发展新形势,科学办矿,积极推广采掘机械化程度,依靠科技进步提升煤矿产能,降低生产成本,提高煤炭企业的经济效益,是做大做强煤矿企业的必然选择。富祥煤矿位于织纳煤田,井田面积小、可采煤层数多、煤质较好、地质构造复杂,特别织纳煤田是国家划定的煤与瓦斯突出矿区,煤层瓦斯含量较高。本文根据富祥煤矿的开采现状,对富祥煤矿开拓开采、水平及采区划分优化的原因做出了分析,并紧紧围绕矿井的基本特点,合理确定开拓部署,对首采区的井下开采、运输进行了重新设计,确保资源的合理开采。同时本文结合国内外煤矿开拓开采发展现状,积极采用国内外先进成熟的技术装备和先进的生产工艺,因地制宜地提高机械化程度,建设高产高效的现代化矿井。在通风与安全方面,本文根据瓦斯赋存状况计算了矿井的一采区的瓦斯资源储量,提出了瓦斯抽采方法,同时结合开拓系统,对富祥煤矿矿井主要危害因素及危害程度进行了分析,提出了主要灾害防治措施。在“六大系统”设计方面,依据富祥煤矿的开拓开采布局,结合国家对“六大系统”建设相关文件的要求,对矿井的“六大系统”进行优化,确定了合理的井下安全避险系统。最后针对富祥煤矿的建设规划,对项目的投资进行估算,分析了项目的经济效益和项目投资存在的风险,提出了风险防范措施,评价了项目产生的社会效益。
[Abstract]:Bijie City is rich in coal resources, complete in coal types and excellent in coal quality. It is an important anthracite production base and coal power industry base throughout the country. According to the new situation of market economy development, we should scientifically run mines and actively promote the degree of mechanization of mining. Depending on the progress of science and technology to improve coal production capacity, reduce production costs, and improve the economic benefits of coal enterprises, it is an inevitable choice for coal mining enterprises to become bigger and stronger. Fuxiang Coal Mine is located in Zhina Coal Field, with a small area, a large number of mineable coal seams, and better coal quality. The geological structure is complicated, especially Zhina coalfield is the coal and gas outburst mine designated by the state, and the coal seam gas content is relatively high. According to the present mining situation of Fuxiang coal mine, this paper develops and exploits Fuxiang coal mine. The reasons for the optimization of the level and the division of the mining area are analyzed, and the rational development and deployment are determined around the basic characteristics of the mine, and the underground mining and transportation of the first mining area are redesigned. At the same time, according to the present situation of development and development of coal mines at home and abroad, this paper actively adopts advanced and mature technical equipment and advanced production technology at home and abroad to improve the degree of mechanization according to local conditions. In the aspect of ventilation and safety, according to the situation of gas occurrence, this paper calculates the gas resource reserves in the first mining area of the mine, puts forward the method of gas extraction, and combines with the development system, This paper analyzes the main harm factors and harm degree of Fuxiang coal mine, and puts forward the main disaster prevention measures. In the design of "six systems", according to the development and mining layout of Fuxiang coal mine, According to the requirements of the state for the construction of the "six major systems", the "six major systems" of the mine are optimized, and a reasonable underground safety and risk avoidance system is determined. Finally, the investment of the project is estimated according to the construction plan of Fuxiang coal mine. This paper analyzes the economic benefits of the project and the risks existing in the project investment, puts forward the risk prevention measures, and evaluates the social benefits of the project.
