顺和煤矿副井井壁腐蚀破坏机理与防治措施研究

【摘要】:矿井井筒是矿山的咽喉,井筒的井壁结构稳定性则决定着整个井筒的安全性。在井壁结构的服役过程中,长期受到高矿化度水渗流作用,而水中的侵蚀性介质会对井壁产生腐蚀作用。忽略地下水的腐蚀作用,必将高估井壁的使用寿命。本文针对顺和煤矿副井井壁的腐蚀问题,运用现场调查、现场取样、室内分析等方法对井壁受腐蚀状况进行研究,采用不同测试手段分析了腐蚀产物成分,探讨了井壁腐蚀的影响因素。结合室内有压硫酸钠溶液对砂浆的腐蚀试验,进一步研究了此类腐蚀发生的机理。最后提出了关于井壁腐蚀问题的防治措施。主要的研究成果如下:1)采用XRF和XRD方法,研究了井壁表面松散腐蚀物质以及混凝土芯样物质的成分和含量,得到了井壁发生的地下水腐蚀类型,以及此类腐蚀发生的一般性机理。2)基于室内有压硫酸钠溶液对砂浆的腐蚀试验,得到在不同溶液压力、不同溶液浓度下,砂浆试样中物质成分含量变化规律以及物相特征,进一步研究了井壁腐蚀的发生机理。3)基于顺和煤矿井壁腐蚀机理的研究成果,提出该矿和类似新建矿井的井壁结构防治地下水腐蚀的措施。
[Abstract]:The wellbore is the throat of the mine, and the stability of the wellbore wall structure determines the safety of the whole wellbore. The corrosive medium in water will have corrosion effect on the shaft wall. Ignoring the corrosion effect of groundwater, the service life of shaft lining will be overestimated. In this paper, according to the corrosion problem of auxiliary shaft wall in Shunhe Coal Mine, the site investigation is used and the spot sampling is carried out. The corrosion condition of shaft wall was studied by laboratory analysis, the corrosion product components were analyzed by different test methods, and the influencing factors of well wall corrosion were discussed. The corrosion test of mortar with sodium sulfate solution was carried out in the laboratory. The mechanism of such corrosion is further studied. Finally, preventive measures are put forward on the corrosion of shaft lining. The main research results are as follows: 1) the XRF and XRD methods are adopted. In this paper, the composition and content of loose corrosion material and concrete core material on the wall surface are studied, and the corrosion types of underground water on the shaft wall are obtained. And the general mechanism of this kind of corrosion. 2) based on the corrosion test of the mortar with pressure sodium sulfate solution in laboratory, the change law and phase characteristics of the material composition in the mortar sample are obtained under different solution pressure and different solution concentration. Further study on the occurrence mechanism of wellbore corrosion. 3) based on the research results of Shunhe coal mine wall corrosion mechanism, the measures to prevent underground water corrosion of shaft wall structure of this mine and similar new mine are put forward.
