电絮凝法应用于洗煤废水处理的研究

【摘要】:研究了电絮凝法用于洗煤废水处理。在连续流的运行条件下,研究考察了水力停留时间、极板间距和数量、电流以及进水浓度等因素对电絮凝处理废水效果影响。实验结果表明:水力停留时间15 min、极板间距1 cm和极板数量24块、电流为15 A以及pH=7.5条件下,能够有较好的处理效果,进水悬浮固体(SS)为300 mg/L时,SS去除率达85%以上,出水SS为40 mg/L、浊度为2.2 NTU。
[Abstract]:The treatment of coal washing wastewater by electroflocculation was studied. Under the condition of continuous flow, the hydraulic retention time, polar plate spacing and quantity were investigated. The experimental results show that when the hydraulic retention time is 15 min, the distance between the plates is 1 cm, the number of the plates is 24, the current is 15 A and pH=7.5, the treatment effect is better. The removal rate of SS is more than 85% when the SS of influent suspension is 300 mg/L, the SS of effluent is 40 mg / L, and the turbidity is 2.2NTU.
