膏体充填管道输送流量检测技术研究

【摘要】:煤炭作为我国主要的一次能源,其产量的多少对国家的经济有着至关重要的作用,为了能够加大“三下”压煤的开采力度以及对边角残煤的回收利用,使占用的耕地面积尽可能减少,最大力度的保护好生态环境,故以煤矸石为主要原料的充填采煤技术开始飞速发展起来。膏体充填技术当前在国内应用范围很广,其优点是工作性能高、连续性强以及拥有稳定的自动控制系统,但是,由于膏体的特殊形态,对其流量的检测还是一个难题,本文对膏体充填流量检测进行了研究。在膏体流动时,通过应变片测量管壁的形变,求得管路压力值,进而通过压力与流量之间的动态关系求得膏体的瞬态流量。在理论方面,总结了管路压力与流量的数学模型,即两参数之间的数学关系表达式,对影响管路关系表达式的非线性因素进行了讨论,指出此方程是根据机电液之间的共性比拟得到的,与传输线理论中的长线理论类似,故其中存在的非线性因素太多,应对管路压力与流量的关系表达式中各参数的设定加以改进。在实践方面,通过ANSYS仿真和实验两方面分别进行讨论,验证了应变测量系统的可行性,进而将压力值转化求得流量,且为以后实际应用的进一步设计提供了基础。最后,将实验结果和理论值进行比较,分析误差。
[Abstract]:As the main primary energy in our country, the output of coal plays a vital role in the national economy. In order to increase the exploitation of "three down" coal and the recovery and utilization of the residual coal in the edge corner, The area of cultivated land occupied should be reduced as much as possible and the ecological environment should be protected as much as possible. Therefore, the filling and mining technology with coal gangue as the main raw material began to develop rapidly. The paste filling technology is widely used in China at present. It has the advantages of high performance, strong continuity and stable automatic control system. However, because of the special form of paste, the detection of its flow is still a difficult problem. In this paper, the measurement of paste filling flow rate is studied. When the paste is flowing, the strain gauge is used to measure the deformation of the pipe wall, the pressure value of the pipe is obtained, and the transient flow rate of the paste is obtained by the dynamic relationship between the pressure and the flow rate. This paper summarizes the mathematical model of pipe pressure and flow rate, that is, the expression of mathematical relation between two parameters, discusses the nonlinear factors that affect the expression of pipeline relationship, and points out that the equation is obtained according to the similarity of electromechanical fluid. Similar to the long line theory in the transmission line theory, there are too many nonlinear factors, so the parameters in the expression of the relationship between pressure and flow should be improved. The feasibility of the strain measurement system is verified by ANSYS simulation and experiment, and the flow rate is obtained by transforming the pressure value into the flow rate, which provides a basis for the further design of the practical application in the future. The experimental results are compared with the theoretical values and the errors are analyzed.
