组合方式对煤岩组合体力学特性和冲击倾向性影响实验研究

【摘要】：为探讨组合方式对煤岩组合体力学特性和冲击倾向性的影响,基于煤岩单体试件单轴压缩实验,对自主构建的二元、三元组合体开展单轴压缩实验研究,探讨不同组合体力学特性和冲击倾向性规律。结果表明:组合体呈"碎状"、"锥形"、"Y形"破坏;应力应变曲线对比明显,有煤参与的组合体,压密阶段明显,无煤参与的组合体,弹、塑性阶段显著;组合体强度受中间试件和上下试件接触面积的影响:中间试件相同时,上下试件接触面积越大,组合体强度越小;组合体中弹性模量小的软弱岩层是能量积聚的主要载体;组合体组分之间硬度差别越大,冲击能量指数越大,冲击倾向性越强。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of combination mode on mechanical properties and impact tendency of coal and rock assemblage, uniaxial compression experiments were carried out for self-constructed binary and ternary assemblages based on uniaxial compression experiments of coal and rock monolithic specimens. The mechanical properties and impact tendency of different assemblages are discussed. The results show that the assemblages are "broken", "conical" and "Y-shaped", and the stress-strain curves are obviously contrasted. The strength of the composite is affected by the contact area of the intermediate specimen and the upper and lower specimen: the larger the contact area of the upper and lower specimens is, the smaller the strength of the assembly is. The weak rock layer with small elastic modulus is the main carrier of energy accumulation, and the greater the hardness difference between the components, the greater the impact energy index and the stronger the impact tendency.
