松散承压含水层下重复采动对覆岩破断特征的影响研究

【摘要】:以松散承压含水层下压架突水灾害的防治问题为工程背景,结合皖北祁东煤矿7131工作面的开采条件,研究了承压含水层下重复采动对覆岩破坏特征的影响规律。结果表明,当松散承压含水层下某一煤层工作面在初次采动条件下存在压架突水危险时,若其他邻近煤层先开采使得该煤层回采处于重复采动状态,覆岩结构完整性降低,承压含水层的载荷传递作用会受已采煤层的开采扰动而减弱,该煤层工作面回采时覆岩不易发生如初次采动条件下的整体破断,压架突水危险性降低。基于重复采动对覆岩破坏特征的影响规律,提出了松散承压含水层下采煤的"释压开采"方法,即可将不具有压架突水危险的煤层作为"释压层"先开采,弱化承压含水层对下部岩层的载荷传递作用,破坏压架突水灾害的发生条件,从而避免承压含水层下采煤压架突水事故。
[Abstract]:Based on the engineering background of the prevention and treatment of water inrush disaster in the lower pressure frame of the loose confined aquifer, combined with the mining conditions of No. 131 face in Qidong Coal Mine, North Anhui Province, the influence of repeated mining under the confined aquifer on the failure characteristics of overburden rock is studied. The results show that, When there is a danger of water inrush in a coal face under the initial mining condition under the loose confined aquifer, if the other adjacent coal seams are mined first, the mining of the coal seam will be in the state of repeated mining, and the structural integrity of overburden rock will be reduced. The load transfer of the confined aquifer will be weakened by the mining disturbance of the coal seam, and the overburden is not easy to occur when the coal face is mined, such as the whole breakage under the initial mining condition. Based on the influence of repeated mining on the characteristics of overburden rock failure, a method of "decompression mining" for coal mining under loose confined aquifer is put forward. That is, the coal seam which does not have the danger of water inrush from the pressure frame can be mined as the "pressure releasing layer" first, which weakens the load transfer action of the confined aquifer to the lower rock formation and destroys the conditions for the occurrence of the water inrush disaster of the pressure frame. Therefore, water inrush accident of coal mining pressure frame under confined aquifer can be avoided.
