【摘要】:为明确煤层注水过程中水分增值的变化规律,确定合理工艺参数,提高煤层注水效果,使用COMSOL4.3b2D开展煤层定压注水数值模拟,并使用SPSS软件对数值模拟结果进行逐步回归,建立了湿润范围关于注水压力、时间和水分增值的综合计算方程.研究结果表明:提高注水压力和时间能够扩大湿润范围,能使煤体的水分含量分布更加均匀;依据建立的综合结算方程和现场实际,并结合经验方法确定的综采工作面注水方案,实施之后粉尘浓度降低72%以上,吨煤瓦斯涌出量降低为原来的1/3左右,日均产量增加1倍左右.
[Abstract]:In order to make clear the variation law of water increment in the process of coal seam water injection, determine reasonable technological parameters and improve the effect of coal seam water injection, COMSOL4.3b2D is used to carry out numerical simulation of constant pressure water injection in coal seam, and the result of numerical simulation is regressed step by step by using SPSS software. The comprehensive calculation equations of wetting range about water injection pressure, time and water increment are established. The results show that increasing water injection pressure and time can enlarge the wetting range and make the distribution of water content of coal body more uniform. According to the established comprehensive settlement equation and field practice, combined with the experience method, the water injection scheme of fully mechanized coal face is determined. After the implementation of the project, the dust concentration is reduced by more than 72%, and the gas emission of tons of coal and gas is reduced to about 1/3 of the original one. The average daily yield increased by about twice.
