煤矿漏泄通信系统基地台的设计与实现

【摘要】:煤炭生产可以说是我国经济发展的命脉,对我国的民生、工业等各方面都有着重要的意义。而一套优良的通信调度系统可以大大提高煤矿的开采作业的效率以及安全性,对整个矿井的生产有着重要的作用。 随着通信技术的不断发展,应用于矿井中的通信系统也得到了逐步的完善,尤其是漏泄通信技术的发展及应用,使得全矿井的移动通信能够实现。经过国内外长期的研究与实验,漏泄通信技术从开始的理论基础发展到现在的功能全面的数字化漏泄通信技术。数字漏泄通信系统是目前一个较为先进的矿用数字化系统,对于数字化矿山这样一个复杂而庞大的工程来说,它提供了一个很好的解决方案。本文阐述了该系统的基本工作原理、基本功能以及其关键的构成部分,基于国内外现有的技术方案,设计了漏泄通信系统中的数字基地台部分,并完成了其软硬件的实现。 本文的主要工作就是对数字基地台的硬件电路和软件程序的设计与实现,这两部分的内容设计相辅相成。硬件电路主要以TMS320VC5509A和MSP430F149两个核心芯片构成的双CPU系统,实现了语音数据的采集模块、信号的处理与传输以及同合路器分路器进行数据交换的通信接口设计;软件的设计主要是分别通过CCS3.3和Embedded Workbench的开发平台进行程序的实现及调试,对系统的初始化和工作流程的控制进行设计,同时也对系统的通信协议进行设计及程序的实现;最后是对本设计的系统实物的实现,并进行调试与测试,验证系统的相应性能,最终得出该系统能够稳定工作运行且数据传输可靠。
[Abstract]:Coal production can be said to be the lifeblood of our country's economic development, and it is of great significance to the people's livelihood, industry and other aspects of our country. And a set of excellent communication dispatching system can greatly improve the efficiency and safety of coal mining operations. It plays an important role in the production of the whole mine. With the continuous development of communication technology, the communication system used in mine has been gradually improved, especially the development and application of leakage communication technology. So that the whole mine mobile communication can be realized. After a long period of research and experiments at home and abroad, Leakage communication technology developed from the beginning of the theoretical basis to the present fully functional digital leakage communication technology. The digital leakage communication system is a relatively advanced digital mine system at present. For a complex and huge project such as digital mine, it provides a good solution. This paper describes the basic working principle, basic functions and key components of the system. Based on the existing technical schemes at home and abroad, the digital base station in the leakage communication system is designed, and its hardware and software are implemented. The main work of this paper is to design and implement the hardware circuit and software program of the digital base station, which are complementary to each other. The hardware circuit is composed of two core chips of TMS320VC5509A and MSP430F149. The acquisition module of voice data, the signal processing and transmission, and the communication interface design of data exchange between multiplexer and multiplexer are realized, and the software design is mainly realized and debugged through the development platform of CCS3.3 and Embedded Workbench, respectively. The initialization of the system and the control of the workflow are designed. At the same time, the communication protocol of the system and the realization of the program are also designed. Finally, the realization of the system is realized, and the system is debugged and tested to verify the corresponding performance of the system. Finally, it is concluded that the system can work stably and the data transmission is reliable.
