闪锌矿抑制剂的作用机理及研究进展

【摘要】:锌矿资源是人类生产和社会发展必不可少的重要矿产资源,其产品主要应用于冶金、钢铁、机械、电气、化工、军事和医药等不同领域。闪锌矿作为工业上提炼锌的最重要矿物原料,逐渐受到人们的重视和青睐。在多金属硫化矿浮选分离过程中,多数采用抑制锌矿物的选矿工艺,因此,研究闪锌矿的抑制剂及其作用机理对于提高选矿指标就具有重要意义。本文不但介绍了闪锌矿浮选中常用的石灰(CaO)、硫酸锌(ZnSO_4·7H_2O)、硫化钠、氰化物、硫酸锌+硫化钠、硫酸锌+氰化物、硫酸锌+碱(碳酸钠或石灰)等抑制剂,还介绍了BD_1、CCE等多种新型抑制剂,并对锌矿物抑制剂的性能判据及作用机理进行了总结,为今后的研究和开发提供了理论依据,并认为研制新型高效的药剂仍是主要的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Zinc mineral resource is an indispensable mineral resource for human production and social development. Its products are mainly used in metallurgy, iron and steel, machinery, electricity, chemical industry, etc. Sphalerite, as the most important mineral material for zinc extraction in industry, has been paid more and more attention and favor in different fields, such as military affairs and medicine. It is of great significance to study the depressant of sphalerite and its action mechanism in order to improve the mineral concentration index. This paper not only introduces the commonly used lime cao, zinc sulfate ZnSO4 路7H _ 2O _ 2, sodium sulfide, cyanide, zinc sulphate sodium sulphide in flotation of sphalerite. Zinc sulfate cyanide, zinc sulfate alkali (sodium carbonate or lime) and other new inhibitors are introduced. The performance criteria and action mechanism of zinc mineral inhibitors are summarized. It provides a theoretical basis for future research and development, and holds that the development of new and high efficient medicament is still the main research direction.
