滑动构造区厚煤层巷道锚固结构形成机制研究与应用

【摘要】:针对郑州矿区煤层赋存条件,从煤层结构、覆岩序列和支护特性3个方面阐述了滑动构造区厚煤层巷道的变形破坏机制。在此基础上,通过建立力学模型,研究了构造厚煤层中锚固结构形成的力学条件。并根据超化煤矿22031工作面地质采矿条件,通过实测端锚锚杆的锚固长度,在确定顶、帮锚固结构厚度的基础上,计算得到形成顶、帮锚固结构所需施加的锚杆预紧力分别为45.7 k N和44.0 k N。观测数据表明,回采巷道服务期间顶底板移近量约330 mm,两帮移近量约270 mm,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制。
[Abstract]:According to the existing conditions of coal seam in Zhengzhou mining area, the deformation and failure mechanism of thick coal seam roadway in sliding structure area is expounded from three aspects: coal seam structure, overburden sequence and support characteristics. On this basis, the mechanical model is established. The mechanical conditions for the formation of anchor structure in structural thick coal seam are studied. According to the geological and mining conditions of 22031 face of Chaohua Coal Mine, the Anchorage length of end anchor bolt is measured, on the basis of determining the thickness of roof and side anchoring structure, The calculation results show that the pre-tension force of anchor rod is 45.7 KN and 44.0 KN, respectively. The observed data show that the anchoring force is 45.7 KN and 44.0 KN respectively. During the service period of the roadway, the roof and floor are moved nearly 330 mm, and the two sides are moved nearly 270 mm. The surrounding rock deformation of the roadway is effectively controlled.
