非煤矿山生产过程人因分析及建模研究

【摘要】:非煤矿山行业安全生产形势严峻,事故频繁发生,为我国带来了严重的财产损失和人员伤亡。有关数据显示,非煤矿山事故中80%以上由人因因素导致。如何做好非煤矿山人因因素管理和预控,是一项迫在眉睫的事情。本文对我国多起非煤矿山事故进行了统计和分析,对非煤矿山进行了人因分析和建模研究。本文的主要研究内容和取得的研究成果为:⑴通过对Reason理论的研究和创新,提出了新的HFACS模型。该模型包括5类事故致因,24个人因因素。⑵通过集对分析法与HFACS的结合应用,实现了非煤矿山人因安全现状的量化评估。解决了矿山人因模型只能定性分析、不能定量分析的问题。通过对集对势、联系度、不确定性和悲观势的分析,可以很好的从整体上把握矿山人因安全现状。⑶借鉴行为理论在不安全行为管理中的应用经验,借助ABC分析方法,制定了非煤矿山人因改善模型。该改善模型的应用不仅大幅度的减少了不安全行为的发生,还在矿山“组织-管理-监督”、不安全行为前提方面进行了改善,很好的改善了矿山安全生产中不安全的人因因素。⑷简要的研究了HFACS在非煤矿山其它领域应用状况,并提供了文献参考和思路建设。本文的创新点在于建立了非煤矿山的HFACS模型,并建立量化评估模型和人因改善模型。实现了人因安全量化评估和不安全人因现状的改善。本次研究旨在为非煤矿山人因安全提供管理和改善方法。
[Abstract]:The situation of safety in production in non-coal mines is severe and accidents occur frequently, which has brought serious property losses and casualties to our country. More than 80% of the accidents in non-coal mines are caused by human factors. It is an urgent matter to manage and control human factors in non-coal mines. This paper makes statistics and analysis of many accidents in non-coal mines in China. The human factor analysis and modeling of non-coal mines have been carried out. The main research contents and results obtained in this paper are as follows: 1. Through the research and innovation of Reason theory, A new HFACS model is put forward, which includes 5 kinds of accident causes, 24 human factors are analyzed by the combination of set pair analysis and HFACS, and the quantitative evaluation of human safety in non-coal mines is realized, which solves the problem that the human factor model can only be qualitatively analyzed. Through the analysis of set potential, connection degree, uncertainty and pessimism, we can grasp the application experience of behavior theory in unsafe behavior management. With the help of ABC analysis method, a human cause improvement model for non-coal mines is developed. The application of the improved model not only greatly reduces the occurrence of unsafe behavior, but also improves the premise of "organization-management-supervision" and unsafe behavior in mines. The application of HFACS in other fields of non-coal mines is studied briefly, and the literature reference and train of thought construction are provided. The innovation of this paper lies in the establishment of HFACS model of non-coal mines. The quantitative evaluation model and the human factor improvement model are established. The quantitative assessment of human safety and the improvement of the present situation of unsafe human factors are realized. The purpose of this study is to provide management and improvement methods for human safety in non-coal mines.
