三心拱巷道U型钢支架承载能力与补强技术研究

【摘要】:随着开挖深度的不断增加,巷道围岩与支护结构所承受的矿山压力也越来越大,高应力软岩巷道支护成为亟待解决的重点和难题。U型钢可缩性支架凭借初撑力高、抗拉抗压强度高、断面利用率高、韧性性能良好和具有一定可缩性等优点,成为深井软岩巷道的主要支护方式之一。但在工程实际中,U型钢支架往往因为受力不均匀而产生屈曲破坏,严重影响巷道的正常使用。对于一些已经发生严重变形,甚至威胁安全生产的巷道,采取科学有效的修复补强方法进行加固,对于恢复其正常使用和安全生产,具有重大的经济意义。本文以海孜煤矿Ⅲ1012工作面风巷的沿空掘进为研究背景,详细介绍了软岩巷道支护理论,并根据海孜矿复杂的地质条件分析了海孜矿Ⅲ1012风巷工作面破坏机理,提出了 U型钢+棚腿补强锚杆联合支护方式,联合支护结构是主动支护与被动支护的有机结合,能有效提高锚杆抗拉拔力,形成了锚杆与金属棚架之间的相互促强机制,充分发挥了支护结构整体的承载能力。本文采用数值计算方法求解补强前后支架内外边缘应力,并在此基础上对未补强前靠近棚腿弧线段半径和补强后棚腿锚杆支护位置进行计算优化,结合巷道在补强前后所观测计算的变形速度,检验修复补强手段的有效性,为我国深井软岩巷道变形失稳的治理提供一些参考和经验。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of excavation depth, the surrounding rock and the supporting structure of roadway bear more and more mine pressure, and the high stress soft rock roadway support becomes the key and difficult problem to be solved urgently. It has the advantages of high tensile compressive strength, high utilization ratio of section, good toughness and certain shrinkage, etc. It has become one of the main supporting methods of soft rock roadway in deep well. However, in engineering practice, U-shaped steel support often produces buckling damage due to uneven force, which seriously affects the normal use of roadway. For some of them, serious deformation has occurred. Even those roadways that threaten safe production should be strengthened by scientific and effective methods of repair and reinforcement, so as to restore their normal use and safety in production.
