MC-DF29断层探测孔水平定向钻进技术研究

【摘要】:断层作为煤矿一种常见的地质构造体,严重影响着矿井的安全生产,如何准确地对断层产状作出探测,已成为煤矿领域研究的一个重要课题。目前,煤矿所采用的普通钻进方法,由于受技术条件的限制,主要有探测距离短、探测误差大、钻孔事故率高、单孔钻进角度单一等缺点。定向钻进技术作为一种新的钻探手段,对以上问题进行了充分的弥补,且已成功地在多个工程领域得到应用。因此,在煤矿井下断层的探测中引进定向钻进技术并总结出一套适合煤矿领域的钻进设备就具有重要意义。本论文以孟村煤矿井下DF29断层探测为背景,提出采用近水平定向钻进技术,以先进的随钻测控技术为依托,可对实钻钻孔轨迹进行实时测量和精确控制,利用定向钻孔主孔施工技术实现远距离超前探查,利用侧钻分支孔技术在断层附近施工多个角度和方位的分支钻孔,经过轨迹测量可计算出地质异常体的三维坐标,从而获取断层地质空间信息。通过在孟村煤矿井下DF29断层探测中的成功应用,提出了适合井下断层探测的定向孔钻进装备与机具,给出了钻孔结构及轨迹设计理论依据,总结了一套钻孔成孔工艺与钻孔事故预防及处理工艺技术,为矿井其余断层乃至彬长矿区其他煤矿断层超前探测中应用提供一个全新的理念。
[Abstract]:As a common geological structure in coal mine, fault seriously affects the safety of mine production. How to accurately detect the occurrence of faults has become an important research topic in the field of coal mine. Because of the limitation of technical conditions, the common drilling methods used in coal mine mainly have the disadvantages of short detection distance, large detection error, high drilling accident rate, single drilling angle and so on. Directional drilling technology is a new drilling method. The above problems have been fully remedied, and have been successfully applied in many engineering fields. It is of great significance to introduce directional drilling technology in fault detection of underground coal mine and summarize a set of drilling equipment suitable for coal mine. Based on DF29 fault detection in Mengcun coal mine, this paper proposes to adopt near-horizontal directional drilling technology. Based on the advanced measurement and control technology while drilling, the real drilling track can be measured and accurately controlled in real time, and the directional drilling main hole construction technology can be used to realize long distance ahead exploration. The sidetracking branch hole technique is used to construct many angle and azimuth branch boreholes near the fault. The 3D coordinates of the geological anomaly body can be calculated by trajectory measurement. Through the successful application of DF29 fault detection in Mengcun coal mine, the directional hole drilling equipment and tools suitable for downhole fault detection are put forward, and the theoretical basis of drilling structure and trajectory design is given. This paper summarizes a set of drilling hole forming technology and borehole accident prevention and treatment technology, which provides a new idea for the application of other faults in coal mine and other coal mine faults in Binchang mining area.
