基于PLC控制系统重介质洗选煤方法的研究与实现

【摘要】:为了满足工业用煤对煤炭品质的要求,重介质选煤技术以其极易操作和高效率的特性大受欢迎。在选煤厂自动化方面进展也较快,多数选煤厂实现了集中控制,其中部分选煤厂完善了检测和监控管理系统,实现对全厂设备运行条件下的状态采集显示、设备故障报警、数据存储等,供集控室人员查阅历史资料以及实时监控;相当一部分选煤厂使用了工业电视,对主要设备的运行进行监视。重介质选煤技术以其极易操作和高效率的特性大受欢迎。 本文以年处理原煤能力300万吨/年的选煤厂集控系统设计为背景,深入介绍了重介质选煤工艺的要求以及各种重要工艺参数研究,在我国重介选煤工艺参数的自动控制算法一般采用经典控制,甚至是人工控制的方式,在实际应用中工艺参数控制精度不高,在工矿发生变化时密度、磁性物含量和精煤灰分均成波浪线性变化,因此系统的数学模型很难建立。为此,本文采用重介悬浮液密度模糊控制的方法。根据参数之间动态变化,对模糊控制器进行设计,采用PID控制器对参数进行整定,得出合适的PID参数,设定密度值,对实际密度进行调节。 按照选煤厂的工艺与控制要求,分析控制系统总体框架,充分考虑设备先进性、生产安全性和操作灵活性。采用CRT+PLC的方式,由两台工控机和一套PLC构成。参加集控的设备按系统有集控和就地两种操作方式,在集控方式下,,分为自动和手动方式。硬件配置方面,下位机选用西门子S7-300CPU315-2DP PLC,采用西门子编程软件STEP7进行程序的编写,实现实时数据的采集、转换、电气设备的控制等功能。上位机选用与西门子配套的SIMATIC WinCC组态软件,设计选煤厂组态画面实现选煤厂各个设备远程开车、停车和急停功能,对整个系统进行远程实时监控、参数设置、报警指示、历史曲线等功能。上位机与下位机采用工业以太网进行通讯连接,PLC主站与分站之间采用PROFIBUS-DP网络进行通讯连接。最后完成整个控制系统的设计,满足选煤厂的监测、集控及管理等要求。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirement of coal quality for industrial coal, heavy medium coal preparation technology is popular for its easy operation and high efficiency. The automation of coal preparation plants is also developing rapidly, and most coal preparation plants have realized centralized control. Some of the coal preparation plants have improved the detection and monitoring management system to realize the status acquisition and display equipment fault alarm data storage and so on under the operation condition of the whole plant. A considerable number of coal preparation plants use industrial television to monitor the operation of major equipment. Heavy medium coal preparation technology is very popular for its easy operation and high efficiency. Based on the design of centralized control system of coal preparation plant with annual raw coal treatment capacity of 3 million tons per year, the requirements of heavy medium coal preparation process and the study of various important technological parameters are introduced in this paper. In our country, the automatic control algorithm of heavy medium coal preparation process parameters generally adopts classical control or even manual control. In practical application, the control precision of process parameters is not high, and the density of the process parameters is not high when the industrial mines change. The magnetic content and ash content of clean coal change linearly, so it is difficult to establish the mathematical model of the system. In this paper, the fuzzy controller is designed according to the dynamic change of parameters by using the fuzzy control method of the density of heavy medium suspensions. The PID controller is used to adjust the parameters, the appropriate PID parameters are obtained, the density values are set, and the actual density is adjusted. According to the process and control requirements of the coal preparation plant, the overall frame of the control system is analyzed, and the advanced equipment, production safety and operation flexibility are fully considered. The mode of CRT PLC is adopted. It consists of two industrial control computers and a set of PLC. The equipment participating in the centralized control system is divided into automatic and manual mode according to the two operation modes of centralized control and local control. Siemens S7-300 CPU315-2DP PLC is used in the lower computer, and Siemens programming software STEP7 is used to compile the program to realize the functions of real-time data acquisition, conversion, electrical equipment control and so on. The upper computer selects the SIMATIC WinCC configuration software matching with Siemens. The configuration picture of the coal preparation plant is designed to realize the functions of remote starting, stopping and stopping of every equipment in the coal preparation plant, remote real-time monitoring, parameter setting and alarm indication of the whole system. History curve and other functions. The upper computer and the lower computer use industrial Ethernet to communicate and connect the main station and the sub-station. Finally, the design of the whole control system is completed to meet the monitoring of the coal preparation plant. Centralized control and management requirements.
