抑制煤炭自然发火注浆堵漏材料的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】:随着国民经济快速的发展,煤炭成为了我国不可或缺的能源支柱,然而煤炭自然发火导致的矿井火灾除了造成煤炭资源的大量浪费,还使煤矿工人的生命岌岌可危。 众所周知,足量的破碎遗煤、持续的漏风供氧、发火点有积聚氧化热的环境、持续足够的时间是引起煤炭自然发火的四个因素,因此堵住漏风进而隔绝氧气的供给是防治煤炭自然发火釜底抽薪的措施。在研究了目前矿用封堵注浆材料的分类、特点、使用条件、使用方法、注意事项以及是否满足环保要求的基础上,研制出了一种新型的注浆堵漏材料。通过正交设计法设计试验,利用极差法分析、处理注浆材料性能参数的测试结果,得出:在不同水固比和掺量下,水泥以及添加剂对注浆堵漏材料粘度、析水率、结石率等性能参数的影响大小排序。此外,在其他试验材料和掺量不变的情况下,通过SEM试验来观察并分析不同掺量下的聚丙烯纤维对浆体试件微观结构的影响,从而确定注浆堵漏材料的最佳水固比以及水玻璃、减缩剂、增稠剂、聚丙烯纤维添加剂的掺量分别为1:1.4,2.5%,1.4%,0.4%,0.3%。最后,凝聚封堵试验和堵漏风模拟试验结果表明,抑制煤炭自然发火注浆堵漏材料具有较好的堵漏风效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, coal has become an indispensable energy pillar in China. However, the coal mine fire caused by the spontaneous combustion of coal not only causes a large amount of waste of coal resources, but also makes the lives of coal miners at risk. As is known to all, sufficient coal fragmentation, continuous air leakage and oxygen supply, ignition point has an environment of accumulated oxidation heat, and a sufficient amount of time is the four factors that cause the spontaneous combustion of coal. Therefore, blocking air leakage and isolating the supply of oxygen is a measure to prevent coal spontaneous combustion. In this paper, the classification, characteristics, use conditions and methods of grouting materials for mine plugging are studied. Based on the matters needing attention and whether or not to meet the requirements of environmental protection, a new grouting plugging material has been developed. Through the orthogonal design experiment and the analysis of range difference method, the test results of grouting material performance parameters have been processed. It is concluded that the influence of cement and additives on the viscosity, water evolution rate, stone rate and other performance parameters of slurry plugging materials are ranked under different water / solid ratios and different dosages. In addition, under the condition of other test materials and the same amount of additives, The effect of polypropylene fiber on the microstructure of slurry was observed and analyzed by SEM test, and the optimum water / solid ratio and water glass, shrinkage reducer and thickener were determined. The content of polypropylene fiber additive is 1: 1. 4 / 2. 5 and 1. 4% respectively. Finally, the results of condensation plugging test and air plugging simulation test show that the air plugging effect of coal spontaneous combustion grouting is better than that of coal spontaneous combustion grouting.
