露天矿地线连接状态实时监测及故障定位系统设计

【摘要】:在向露天矿大型移动用电设备远距离输送高压动力电的线路中,地线的良好连接至关重要,否则会造成严重的安全事故。文章通过在移动变电站中安装主监控装置,在每一个移动开关柜中安装检测控制装置,组成地线连接状态实时监测及故障定位系统。主监控装置和检测控制装置之间通过检测控制线进行载波通信,主监控装置根据检测控制装置上传的信息判断线路中地线连接状态,一旦发现连接故障,就显示故障位置信息并声光报警,提示工作人员及时进行高压电断电操作,并且在提示的区域查找故障。本文设计的线路监测及故障定位系统与电桥检测方法相比,能够减少故障的误报率,缩短查找故障的时间。
[Abstract]:In the transmission line of high voltage power to large mobile electric equipment in open pit mine, good connection of ground wire is very important, otherwise it will cause serious safety accident. In this paper, the main monitoring device is installed in mobile substation. A detection control device is installed in each mobile switchgear to form a real-time monitoring and fault location system for the ground connection status. The carrier communication between the main monitoring device and the detection control device is carried out through the detection control line. The main monitoring device judges the connection status of the ground line in the line according to the information uploaded by the detection and control device. Once the connection failure is found, the fault location information is displayed and the acousto-optic alarm is reported, which prompts the staff to carry out the high-voltage power cut operation in time. The circuit monitoring and fault location system designed in this paper can reduce the false positive rate of fault and shorten the time of finding fault compared with the bridge detection method.
