山东某贫磁铁矿干湿磁选工艺试验研究

【摘要】:山东省某铁矿位于山东省苍山县境内,探明地质储量为7500万吨,属于“鞍山式”贫磁铁矿。选矿比高达4.0以上,若采用常规的选矿方法必会产生高昂的选矿费用,因此,根据鞍山式贫磁铁矿的特点,结合当地的具体情况,研究适合该矿石特征的选矿工艺流程就具有重要的现实意义。根据工艺矿物学分析结果可知,该矿石中铁矿物以磁性铁为主,可选性较好,入磨前可采用干湿式磁选进行预选抛废,提高入磨品位。磨选系统采用单一磁选;由于有用矿物和脉石矿物颗粒都不均匀,故采用阶段磨矿-阶段选别流程,提前抛弃大量粗颗粒尾矿,减少进入二段磨选的矿量,以降低选厂能耗、钢耗等。由条件试验及全流程试验的结果可知,-75+12mm干式磁选、-12mm湿式预选可以提前抛弃全部入破量的22%以上,年节约780万元;采用阶段磨矿-阶段选别工艺流程一段磨矿细度55%-200目百分含量,经一次磁选可抛弃全部入磨量的43%的合格尾矿,二段磨矿细度为80%-200目百分含量,经二、三次连选可以获得最终铁精矿品位为65.20%的合格产品,为该矿周边十多亿吨同类矿石的开发利用探索出了一条可行之路。
[Abstract]:A certain iron ore in Shandong Province is located in Cangshan County, Shandong Province, with proved geological reserves of 75 million tons and belongs to "Anshan type" poor magnetite. The ore dressing ratio is as high as 4. 0. If conventional processing methods are adopted, there will be high mineral processing costs. According to the characteristics of Anshan type poor magnetite and the local specific conditions, it is of great practical significance to study the process flow suitable for the characteristics of the ore. The iron mineral in this ore is mainly magnetic iron, which has good separability. Before grinding, dry and wet magnetic separation can be used to pre-separate and discard the waste and improve the grinding grade. The grinding and separation system adopts a single magnetic separation system, because the useful minerals and gangue mineral particles are not uniform, Therefore, by adopting the process of stage grinding and stage separation, a large number of coarse grain tailings are discarded in advance, and the amount of ore entering the second stage grinding and separation is reduced, so as to reduce the energy consumption of the separation plant. According to the results of conditional test and whole process test, it can be seen that pre-dressing of dry magnetic separation of 75.12 mm and wet type of 12mm can give up more than 22% of the total breaking amount in advance and save 7.8 million yuan per year. The grinding fineness of the first section of the process of stage grinding and stage separation is 55% to 200 mesh content, and the qualified tailings of 43%% of the total amount of grinding can be discarded after the primary magnetic separation, the second stage grinding fineness is 80% -200 mesh content, 2%, The qualified product with final iron concentrate grade of 65.20% can be obtained by three successive separation, which provides a feasible way for the development and utilization of more than 1 billion tons of similar ore around the ore.
