双室型乏风预热催化氧化装置的氧化特性

【摘要】:搭建了双室型乏风预热催化氧化实验装置,实验研究了空速、氧化床入口温度、入口甲烷体积分数对其氧化特性的影响规律。结果表明:试验装置能够实现自维持稳定运行,转化率均大于92%,且具有良好的对称性;随空速的增大,甲烷转化率变化较小,空速大于7 100 h-1后,转化率下降;有效反应长度随空速的增大而增大,且增大的速率逐渐加快;随入口温度的升高,甲烷转化率上升,在485℃时达到最大值,有效反应长度显著减小,但减小的速率逐渐变缓;随体积分数的增加,甲烷转化率波动不大(95%左右),氧化床整体温度上升,有效反应长度略有下降。
[Abstract]:A two-chamber experimental device for catalytic oxidation of spent air preheating was built. The effects of space velocity, inlet temperature of oxidation bed and inlet volume fraction of methane on its oxidation characteristics were studied experimentally. The results show that the experimental device can maintain itself and run steadily. With the increase of space velocity, the conversion rate of methane decreased, and the effective reaction length increased with the increase of space velocity, and the rate of increase gradually increased with the increase of space velocity, and the conversion of methane decreased when the space velocity was larger than 7 100 h ~ (- 1), and the effective reaction length increased with the increase of space velocity, and the effective reaction length increased with the increase of space velocity. With the increase of inlet temperature, methane conversion increased, reaching the maximum at 485 鈩,
