低变质易自燃煤层工作面过联络巷自燃防治技术

【摘要】:为解决沙吉海煤矿B1003W01综放工作面过联络巷期间采空区遗煤和破碎的三角煤体极易发生自燃等问题,在工作面过联络巷前后,调整了联络巷通风设施,加强了自然发火预测预报,采取了采空区全断面注氮防灭火、预防性压注三相泡沫防火、三角体煤柱打钻注水及高分子复合胶体封堵漏风通道等综合防灭火技术措施。措施实施后的效果表明:在过联络巷2个月内,采空区内束管检测数据显示均为正常,采空区CO体积分数最高为43×10-6,上隅角CO体积分数最高为36×10-6,联络巷内温度最高为35℃,采空区未发现高温异常点,工作面安全推过联络巷。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of spontaneous combustion in goaf and broken triangle coal body during the crossing of contact roadway in B1003W01 fully mechanized caving face of Shajihai Coal Mine, ventilation facilities of contact roadway were adjusted before and after crossing the contact roadway, and the prediction and prediction of spontaneous combustion were strengthened.
