采煤机滚筒辅助设计软件的开发与应用

【摘要】:采煤机是综采工作面最重要的设备之一,其工作机构螺旋滚筒承担着破煤和装煤的两大任务,消耗其大部分功率,为了提高煤炭资源利用率和开采效率,设计出截割性能优良的采煤机滚筒至关重要。基于镐型截齿的截割机理,采用MATLAB与EXCEL联合开发了采煤机滚筒辅助设计软件,解决了滚筒的参数化建模、切削面积和方正率的计算、切削图、截齿排列图、截割性能曲线图的绘制以及采煤机动态可靠性分析载荷文本的生成等问题。根据滚筒的外形尺寸、截齿和煤岩的性质、采煤工作面的赋存条件及确定的工况等相关参数,应用此软件为SL1000型厚煤层采煤机设计出两种截齿排列方式的滚筒,通过对比截割性能及关键零件的可靠性,确定采用交叉式排列方式更为经济合理。该软件可快速实现采煤机工作机构的设计,实现高产、高效、低能耗的目标,缩短了采煤机滚筒的设计时间,提高了采煤机滚筒的设计能力和工作性能。
[Abstract]:The shearer is one of the most important equipment in the fully mechanized coal mining face. Its working mechanism, the spiral drum, undertakes the two major tasks of breaking coal and loading coal, consumes most of its power, in order to improve the utilization ratio of coal resources and mining efficiency, It is very important to design the shearer drum with excellent cutting performance. Based on the cutting mechanism of pick cutter, the assistant design software of shearer drum is developed by using MATLAB and EXCEL, which solves the parametric modeling of shearer drum. Such problems as the calculation of cutting area and square square ratio, the cutting drawing, the arrangement diagram of cutting teeth, the drawing of cutting performance curve and the generation of load text for dynamic reliability analysis of shearer, etc., according to the size of drum, the character of cutter and coal rock, etc. This software is used to design two types of cutter drum for SL1000 thick coal seam shearer. The cutting performance and reliability of key parts are compared by comparing cutting performance and reliability of key parts. This software can realize the design of shearer's working mechanism quickly, realize the goal of high yield, high efficiency and low energy consumption, and shorten the design time of shearer drum. The design ability and working performance of shearer drum are improved.
