【摘要】:作为管理学的一个重要分支学科——项目管理,它结合了管理学的理论体系和各行业的实际项目实践,经过全世界几十年的发展历程中,通过不同行业专家和学者地不断努力摸索和持续改进下,项目管理逐步趋于完善和成熟,形成了其自身独有的项目管理理论知识体系,并在全球范围运用实践中取得了良好的经济和社会效益。作为国家性支柱产业的石油行业,已经进行了多年的项目管理理论研究,并在多个实际项目中进行了推广运用。地震勘探作为石油行业产业链上的第一环节,项目管理水平要得到长远、快速发展,对项目进行科学有效的管理显得尤为重要,而进度管理的成败很大程度上决定着项目管理的水平,重点体现在进度计划和进度控制两个方面。论文以实例项目为载体,在项目管理理论知识体系大框架下,着重对进度管理的理论知识和方法进行了介绍,根据实例项目的特点,利用进度管理的工具和技术,详细阐述了如何编制项目的进度计划,并实施进度控制。在进度计划的编制中,重点运用工作分解结构对项目活动分解和定义、活动排序、活动资源和持续时间估算、制定项目进度计划,通过商业软件绘制的甘特图、双代号网络图得出了项目的关键活动和关键路径,并运用计划评审技术进行完工概率的估算。在进度控制中,通过项目进度控制组织结构,采用数据收集、数据分析、预警和处置等控制流程,重点对关键路径上的各个活动、活动的关键节点进行动态控制;对于项目整体进度控制上,利用网络图找出问题、分析原因并提出解决方案,采用关键路径法去实现项目进度纠偏,从而确保该项目整体计划工期的最终实现。通过对DQ8构造三维地震勘探项目编制进度计划和实施进度控制的研究,有助于提升地震勘探项目进度管理的水平,可供本行业内单位参考和借鉴。进度管理水平的高低,决定着是否能够实现项目的高效完成,对于提升施工单位的整体经济效益也起到了关键性的作用,进度管理也必将成为企业寻求利润增长点的重点研究对象。
[Abstract]:As an important branch of management-project management, it combines the theoretical system of management with the practical project practice of various industries, after decades of development in the world, Through the continuous efforts of experts and scholars in different industries, the project management has gradually become more and more perfect and mature, forming its own unique knowledge system of project management theory. The petroleum industry, as a national pillar industry, has carried out many years of project management theory research. As the first link in the petroleum industry chain, the project management level needs to be developed in the long run and rapid development, so it is particularly important to manage the project scientifically and effectively. The success or failure of schedule management determines the level of project management to a great extent, especially in the two aspects of schedule planning and schedule control. The theoretical knowledge and methods of schedule management are introduced emphatically. According to the characteristics of an example project and the tools and techniques of schedule management, this paper expounds in detail how to draw up the schedule plan of the project. And implementation of progress control. In the preparation of the progress plan, the work breakdown structure is used to decompose and define the project activities, order the activities, estimate the activity resources and duration, and make the progress plan of the project. Through the Gantt chart drawn by commercial software and the double code network diagram, the key activities and critical paths of the project are obtained, and the completion probability is estimated by using the plan review technology. In the progress control, the organization structure is controlled by the project schedule. Using the control flow of data collection, data analysis, early warning and disposal, it focuses on the dynamic control of each activity on the critical path and the key node of the activity. For the overall progress control of the project, the network diagram is used to find out the problem. By analyzing the reasons and putting forward the solution, the key path method is used to correct the progress of the project. So as to ensure the final realization of the overall planning period of the project. Through the study of making progress plan and implementing progress control of 3D seismic exploration project of DQ8 structure, it is helpful to improve the level of progress management of seismic exploration project. The level of progress management determines whether or not the project can be completed efficiently, and plays a key role in improving the overall economic efficiency of the construction unit. Schedule management will also become the key research object of seeking profit growth point.
