转速率与半径比对大型球磨机磨球抛落特征影响规律

【摘要】:为了掌握转速率与半径比对大型球磨机磨球抛落特征影响规律,以中信重工设计的国内最大型半自磨机Ф10.37 m×5.19 m为研究对象,基于经典球磨机磨球运动理论,建立大型球磨机磨球抛落特征与转速率、半径比的关联模型,分析了转速率和半径比对大型球磨机抛落角、抛落速度、抛物线方程、冲击速度的影响规律。研究结果表明,抛落角随着转速率的增大逐渐减小,半径比越大,减小速度越快;磨球脱离筒体时,抛落速度随转速率直线增加,增加的斜率为ξk(gRo)1/2;考虑筒体与磨球相对转速差,磨球冲击衬板时的速度出现尖点,并在尖点处冲击速度具有极大值,最外层的冲击速度极大值为14.39 m/s;以ξk=1为例,考虑相对速度后,在转速率小于75%的切向速度增加了5.2458 m/s,在转速率大于75%的切向速度减小了5.2458 m/s。上述研究为大型球磨机磨球分层运动提供理论基础和技术支持,对提高大型球磨机生产效率具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the effect of the ratio of rotational speed and radius on the ball dropping characteristics of the large ball mill, this paper takes the largest semi-self-mill designed by CITIC heavy Industry as the object of study, based on the motion theory of the ball mill of the classical ball mill. In this paper, the correlation model of ball drop characteristics, rotation rate and radius ratio of large ball mill is established. The effects of the ratio of rotation rate and radius on the dropping angle, dropping velocity, parabola equation and impact velocity of large ball mill are analyzed. The drop angle decreases gradually with the increase of rotation rate, and the larger the radius ratio, the faster the speed decreases. When the grinding ball leaves the cylinder, the drop velocity increases in a straight line with the rotation rate, and the slope of increase is 尉 KG Ron 1 / 2. The relative rotational speed difference between the cylinder and the grinding ball is considered. When the grinding ball hits the liner, the velocity appears a sharp point, and the impact velocity at the tip has a maximum value, the outermost impact velocity maximum is 14.39 m / s. Take 尉 KG 1 as an example, after considering the relative velocity, The tangential velocity increases by 5.2458 m / s when the rotation rate is less than 75%, and decreases by 5.2458 m / s at the tangential velocity greater than 75%. The above research provides the theoretical basis and technical support for the layered motion of large ball mill. It is of great significance to improve the production efficiency of large ball mill.
