【摘要】:为满足智能移动计算和云计算的快速发展和工业过程网络化决策的需求,提出了基于智能移动终端和云计算的选矿生产指标优化决策系统,该系统主要包括工业私有云服务器、智能移动终端、数据采集计算机和过程控制系统等部分,智能移动终端具有前端处理能力,可为决策者提供方便快捷的决策辅助;工业私有云存有生产过程中的所有数据,并具有强大的计算能力以及动态的分配虚拟计算机,可实现网络化优化决策。针对选矿生产优化决策过程进行了分析,介绍了系统架构的设计、功能和控制策略,实现了移动终端决策的软件界面开发。研究结果表明,该系统能够克服地域范围的局限,实现不同地点的实时监测及生产指标的网络化决策。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of intelligent mobile computing and cloud computing and the networked decision of industrial process, a mineral processing index optimization decision system based on intelligent mobile terminal and cloud computing is proposed. The system mainly includes private cloud server in industry. Intelligent mobile terminal, data acquisition computer, process control system and other parts, intelligent mobile terminal has front-end processing ability, can provide decision support for decision makers, industrial private cloud store all the data in the production process, With powerful computing ability and dynamic distribution virtual computer, the network optimization decision can be realized. The design, function and control strategy of the system architecture are introduced, and the optimization decision-making process of ore dressing production is analyzed. The research results show that the system can overcome the limitation of regional scope and realize the real-time monitoring of different locations and the networked decision of production index.
