煤岩混合粉尘云最低着火温度影响因素实验研究

【摘要】:粉尘云最低着火温度是粉尘爆炸中的一个非常重要的特征参数。为研究煤岩混合型粉尘的粉尘云最低着火温度的影响因素,探究煤的工业分析参数与煤尘云最低着火温度的关系、混合粉尘中岩粉含量与混合粉尘云最低着火温度关系和外加水分对混合粉尘云最低着火温度的影响。本文选取了10种工业分析参数有一定差距的煤样,利用粉尘云最小点火温度测定仪测试纯煤粉的最低着火温度,并在上述煤样中选出5种挥发分含量差距较大的煤样和岩粉以不同的岩粉含量(20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%和80%)配制煤岩混合型粉尘,测试混合型粉尘云最低着火温度,通过外加水分的方式向混合粉尘中加入质量分数为5%~35%的水分,测试其混合粉尘云最低着火温度。实验结果表明:煤的挥发分与粉尘云最低着火温度在整体趋势上呈线性相关,而煤的内在水分和内在灰分对粉尘云最低着火温度影响相对较小;对于混合粉尘来说,岩粉含量低于40%时,岩粉的混合会导致混合型粉尘云最低着火温度的小幅度的变化,当岩粉含量高于40%时,煤岩混合型粉尘最低着火温度会随岩粉含量的增加而大幅度升高;挥发分含量越小的煤粉,其混合粉尘云最低着火温度受到岩粉含量的影响越明显;外加水分含量的增加会使混合型粉尘云最低着火温度显著升高,挥发分含量越小的混合煤粉,对岩粉含量和水分含量的变化越敏感。
[Abstract]:The minimum ignition temperature of dust cloud is a very important characteristic parameter in dust explosion. The relationship between the industrial analysis parameters of coal and the minimum ignition temperature of coal dust cloud is studied. The relationship between rock powder content in mixed dust and minimum ignition temperature of mixed dust cloud and the effect of added moisture on minimum ignition temperature of mixed dust cloud are discussed. Ten coal samples with different industrial analysis parameters are selected in this paper. The minimum ignition temperature of pure pulverized coal was measured by using the dust cloud minimum ignition temperature tester, and five kinds of coal and rock powder with big difference in volatile content were selected out of the above coal samples to prepare coal and rock mixed dust with different rock powder content (20%) and different rock powder content (20%, 40%, 50%, 70% and 80%). The minimum ignition temperature of the mixed dust cloud was measured, and the water content of 5% was added to the mixed dust by adding additional moisture. The experimental results show that there is a linear correlation between the volatile matter of coal and the minimum ignition temperature of dust cloud in the whole trend. For mixed dust, when the content of rock powder is lower than 40, the mixing of rock powder will result in a small change of minimum ignition temperature of mixed dust cloud. When the content of rock powder is higher than 40, the minimum ignition temperature of coal and rock mixed dust increases greatly with the increase of rock powder content, the lower the volatile content is, the more obvious is the minimum ignition temperature of mixed dust cloud affected by rock powder content. The minimum ignition temperature of mixed dust cloud increases significantly with the increase of water content. The lower the volatile content is, the more sensitive the mixture is to the change of rock powder content and water content.
