油浸式电力变压器故障与其本体外表面温度关系分析

【摘要】:采用"部件-故障原因-温升现象"的3层结构对油浸式电力变压器故障进行了分类,总结了各类故障产生的原因,分析了各类故障对变压器外表面温度变化的影响。结果表明:铁芯及夹件、绕组及引线、分接开关、绝缘系统和油箱及底座等故障都会引起变压器外表面温度升高;冷却系统故障必然导致变压器外表面温度升高;一部分进出线套管故障会引起变压器外表面温度升高;大多数保护和测量装置故障会引起变压器温度升高。从而得出了油浸式电力变压器故障与其本体外表面温度的初步关系,即变压器故障大多会导致变压器外表面温度升高。
[Abstract]:The 3 layer structure by reason "part of fault - temperature rise phenomenon" the classification of oil immersed power transformer fault, summarizes the reasons of fault, analyzes the influence of all kinds of faults on the surface of the transformer temperature changes. The results show that the iron core and clamps, and winding wire, switch, insulation system and the fuel tank and the base fault will cause the surface of the transformer temperature; cooling system failure will inevitably lead to the surface of the transformer temperature rise; a part of inlet casing fault will cause the surface of the transformer temperature rise; most of the protection and measurement device failure will cause the temperature of the transformer is obtained. Preliminary oil immersed power transformer fault and its relationship the outer surface temperature, the transformer fault mostly leads to the surface of the transformer temperature rise.
