煤矿安全监控系统智能化现状及发展对策

【摘要】:分析了煤矿安全监控系统智能化水平现状,指出系统主要存在伪数据不能有效识别、系统安装使用复杂、故障诊断功能简单、安装使用与标准要求符合度难以衡量、报警处置机制单一等问题;结合《煤矿安全监控系统升级改造技术方案》相关要求,提出了煤矿安全监控系统智能化发展对策,包括软件伪数据识别,设备自识别安装,系统自诊断,分级报警处置机制,瓦斯涌出、火灾预测预警功能等。
[Abstract]:The present situation of intelligent level of coal mine safety monitoring system is analyzed. It is pointed out that the main problems of the system are that the pseudo data can not be recognized effectively, the installation and use of the system are complicated, the function of fault diagnosis is simple, and the conformity between installation and use is difficult to measure. According to the related requirements of upgrading and reforming the coal mine safety monitoring system, the intelligent development countermeasures of the coal mine safety monitoring system are put forward, including software pseudo data identification, equipment self identification and installation, and so on. System self-diagnosis, classification alarm and disposal mechanism, gas emission, fire prediction and warning function.
