淮南炼焦煤选煤厂煤泥水处理设备及工艺研究

【摘要】:我国优质炼焦煤资源较稀缺,为了能够有效利用煤炭资源,国家要求特殊和稀缺煤种全部入洗,经洗选加工的特殊和稀缺煤优先用于冶金、材料和化工等行业,并限制将其直接燃烧,避免造成稀缺资源的浪费。因此,以气煤和1/3焦煤等煤种为主的淮南潘谢矿区必将对以动力煤为主的产品进行结构调整。 本论文主要对淮南潘谢矿区即将兴建的中央型炼焦煤选煤厂煤泥水部分进行设备选型和工艺研究。对潘谢矿区中央型炼焦煤选煤厂将要入洗的B组7、8、11槽和C组13槽四槽原煤进行采样、制样,并进行原煤的筛分浮沉试验,浮选分步释放试验,泥化试验,煤的矿物质种类分析,以掌握潘谢矿区煤质特性以及煤泥水的相关性质。一方面通过对淮南及周边地区炼焦煤选煤厂煤泥水处理主要设备的性能进行对比,选取分选、脱水和回收效率高的设备,使设备能够适应潘谢矿区煤质在一定范围内变化而不影响煤泥水的有效处理。另一方面对已得到的潘谢矿区的资料进行分析,以及对淮南及周边地区炼焦煤选煤厂的调研资料进行总结的基础上,制定出一套适合潘谢矿区中央型炼焦煤选煤厂煤泥水处理的工艺流程,并对工艺流程进行评述。 在试验、调研以及充分论证对比的基础上,最终选取了FJC型煤用喷射式浮选机、斜管浓缩机、LZW型沉降过滤式离心脱水机和快开式隔膜压滤机四种煤泥水处理的主要设备。制定了“2+2”模式的煤泥水处理工艺流程,即煤泥两级浮选、精煤泥两段脱水回收和尾煤泥水两级浓缩、两段回收工艺流程。
[Abstract]:China's high-quality coking coal resources are relatively scarce. In order to make effective use of coal resources, the state requires all kinds of special and scarce coal to be washed in, and the special and scarce coal processed by washing and processing is first used in metallurgical, material and chemical industries, Therefore, Huainan Panxie mining area, which is mainly composed of gas coal and 1/3 coking coal, is bound to adjust the structure of the products which are dominated by thermal coal. This paper mainly studies the equipment selection and technology of the slurry part of the central coking coal preparation plant to be built in Panxie mining area, Huainan. Group B, No. 811 trough and group C, which will be washed in the central coking coal preparation plant of Panxie mining area, are studied in this paper. 13 grooves four grooves of raw coal sampling, Sample preparation, sieving and floatation test of raw coal, flotation step by step release test, mudding test, analysis of mineral species of coal, In order to master the characteristics of coal quality and the related properties of slime water in Panxie mining area. On the one hand, by comparing the performance of the main equipment of coal slurry treatment in Huainan and surrounding coking coal preparation plants, the equipment with high efficiency of separation, dehydration and recovery is selected. So that the equipment can adapt to the change of coal quality within a certain range without affecting the effective treatment of coal slime water. On the other hand, the obtained data of Panze mining area are analyzed. On the basis of summing up the investigation data of coking coal preparation plant in Huainan and its surrounding areas, a set of process flow suitable for coal slurry treatment of central coking coal preparation plant in Panxie mining area is worked out, and the process flow is reviewed. On the basis of experiment, investigation and full demonstration and comparison, the FJC type coal injection flotation machine was finally selected. The main equipment for the treatment of four kinds of slime water is the inclined tube concentrator, the LZW type settling filter centrifugal dehydrator and the fast opening diaphragm filter. The process flow of "22" mode coal slime treatment is established, that is, the two-stage flotation of the slime. Two-stage dewatering and recovery of fine coal slime and two-stage concentration of tail slime water, two-stage recovery process.
