刘家口选煤厂煤泥浮选提质试验研究

【摘要】:我国煤炭资源储量丰富,处于低变质阶段的低阶煤占我国已探明煤炭储量的55%以上。随着国内能源需求日益增大和优质煤炭资源锐减,在可预见的未来,低阶煤的转化综合利用将成为支撑未来能源需求的潜力所在。低阶煤因其含氧官能团多,表面疏水性差,其煤泥难以浮选,而细粒煤泥的难处理是制约煤炭企业经济发展的重要原因之一。煤泥浮选是低阶煤煤泥提质利用的可靠技术手段,但因其常规浮选难以进行,故本论文以朔州刘家口选煤厂煤泥为例,利用新型捕收剂FO和变径组合充气浮选柱来解决低阶煤煤泥浮选问题,并探讨了新型捕收剂FO改善低阶煤煤泥可浮性的机理。论文主要研究内容如下:本论文通过工业分析与元素分析、红外光谱分析、粒度分析、密度分析等,得到了刘家口选煤厂煤泥的基本性质:煤结构分子中烷基侧链多,芳香核含量较少,煤中含有较多的含氧官能团;粒度组成表明煤泥细粒级含量大,需要选择高效分选设备对其分选;密度组成表明该煤泥通过分选有望获得高产率的合格精煤掺入重选末精煤,实现煤泥的合理利用。煤泥接触角测定表明该煤泥接触角较小,天然可浮性差,常规浮选需要加入大量的捕收剂才能改善其表面疏水性,该煤泥要获得经济有效分选,需寻求新的浮选药剂。在实验室使用轻柴油对刘家口选煤厂煤泥进行了常规浮选试验研究,研究表明:浮选药剂消耗高,精煤产率低,可燃体回收率低。当浮选浓度80g/L,捕收剂轻柴油用量3000g/t,起泡剂仲辛醇用量600g/t时,浮选精煤灰分为14.57%,精煤产率为60.68%,尾煤灰分为57.72%,可燃体回收率为75.72%。使用新型捕收剂FO进行浮选机浮选试验研究,研究表明:新型捕收剂FO浮选试验结果要明显优于轻柴油浮选试验结果。当浮选浓度80g/L,捕收剂用量2500g/t,起泡剂用量400g/t时,浮选精煤灰分为17.42%,精煤产率为71.81%,精煤高位发热量为5779cal/g,尾煤灰分为67.07%,可燃体回收率为86.46%。利用FTIR和XPS分析了新型捕收剂FO的作用机理,研究表明:新型捕收剂FO含有一定量的含氧基团,新型捕收剂FO中的羟基基团最可能与煤泥表面的C-O基团发生弱氢键键合,因此可以改善煤泥的可浮性。对刘家口选煤厂煤泥进行新型捕收剂FO和变径组合充气浮选柱实验室浮选试验,取得了较好的浮选指标。当新型捕收剂FO用量为2500g/t,起泡剂用量为400g/t,浮选给料量400ml/min,中矿循环压力0.20MPa,微孔陶瓷充气压力0.12MPa,矿浆浓度为80g/L时,可以得到灰分17.72%,产率74.42%,高位发热量为5746cal/g的精煤,尾煤灰分69.74%,可燃体回收率88.78%。利用新型捕收剂FO和变径组合充气浮选柱在刘家口选煤厂进行半工业试验,试验结果表明:采用新型捕收剂FO替代轻柴油作捕收剂可明显降低药剂用量,在给料量5m3/h,新型捕收剂FO用量2000g/t,起泡剂用量600g/t条件下,入料灰分25.44%,浮选精煤灰分为14.37%,精煤产率80.03%,精煤高位发热量为6131cal/g,尾煤灰分69.81%,可燃体回收率91.91%。在实验室和半工业条件下验证了使用新型捕收剂FO和变径组合充气浮选柱浮选能很好的解决刘家口选煤厂低阶煤煤泥浮选困难、药剂消耗高的问题,为低阶煤煤泥浮选提供了一种可靠的技术手段。
[Abstract]:The coal resource is abundant in our country, in the low rank coal of low metamorphic stage accounted for China's proven coal reserves of 55%. With the increasing demand for domestic energy and high-quality coal resources dropped, in the foreseeable future, will become the future source of demand to support the potential of comprehensive utilization of low rank coal into low order. Coal because of the oxygen containing functional groups, surface hydrophobicity, the slime to flotation, and fine coal treatment difficult is one of the important factors restricting the economic development of coal industry. Coal flotation is the low order reliable technology upgrading and utilization of coal slime, but because of the conventional flotation is difficult, so this paper takes Shuozhou Liu Jia Kou coal slime as an example, the use of new collector FO and variable combination inflatable flotation column to solve the problem of low rank coal slime flotation, and discusses the new collector FO to improve the low rank coal slime flotation mechanism of the main. Research contents are as follows: through the analysis of the industrial analysis and elemental analysis of grain size, infrared spectrum analysis, density analysis, the basic properties of Liu Jia Kou coal slime: alkyl side chain in coal molecular structure, less aromatic nucleus content, contain more oxygen functional groups in coal; particle size showed fine slime the content level, need to choose a high efficiency separation equipment of the separation; the density shows that the slime by sorting is expected to get high yield of qualified coal mixed with gravity end coal, rational use of coal slime. The slime contact angle measurement show that the slime contact angle is smaller, the natural floatability, conventional flotation requires large amount of fishing collectors can improve its surface hydrophobicity, the slurry to obtain effective separation, to seek new flotation reagents of Liu Jia Kou coal slime by using conventional floating light diesel oil in the laboratory The testing research, research shows that high consumption of coal flotation reagents, low yield, low recovery rate of the combustible. When the concentration of 80g/L flotation collector, light diesel oil consumption 3000g/t, foaming agent dosage 600g/t octanol, the ash content of flotation concentrate is 14.57%, the yield of clean coal is 60.68%, the ash of tailings is 57.72%, the recovery of combustibles 75.72%. use of new collector FO were studied. The research shows that the flotation machine flotation with FO test results to the test results of flotation is better than diesel. When the concentration of 80g/L flotation, collector dosage of 2500g/t foaming agent with the amount of 400g/t, the ash content of flotation concentrate is 17.42%, the yield of clean coal is 71.81%, high coal calorific value 5779cal/g, the ash of tailings is 67.07%, the recovery of combustibles for 86.46%. using FTIR and XPS analysis of a new trapping mechanism, collector FO research shows that new collector oxygen groups collector FO contains a certain amount of new. Type of collector hydroxyl groups in FO agent most likely weak hydrogen bonding and C-O groups of coal surface, so it can improve the floatability of coal slime. Liu Jia Kou coal slime of new collector FO and variable combination inflatable laboratory flotation test, and achieved good flotation index when new. The collector FO dosage of 2500g/t, foaming agent 400g/t, flotation feeding 400ml/min, middling cycle pressure 0.20MPa, microporous ceramic gas pressure 0.12MPa, pulp concentration is 80g/L, can get 17.72% ash and 74.42% yield, high calorific value 5746cal/g of coal, coal 69.74%, the recovery of combustibles by 88.78%. the new collector FO and variable combination inflatable flotation column semi industrial experiment in Liu Jia Kou coal preparation plant, experimental results show that the new collector FO instead of light diesel oil as collector can reduce the dosage of the drug, to The quantity of material 5m3/h, the new collector FO dosage of 2000g/t, the amount of foaming agent under the condition of 600g/t, feeding 25.44% ash content, the ash content of flotation concentrate is 14.37%, coal 80.03%, coal high calorific value 6131cal/g, coal 69.81%, the recovery of combustibles in the 91.91%. lab and semi industrial conditions to verify the use of new collector collector FO and variable combination inflatable flotation can be a good solution to Liu Jia Kou coal preparation plant of low rank coal slime flotation is difficult, the problem of high consumption of reagents, the technology provides a reliable means for the low rank coal slime flotation.
