【摘要】：正积极认识经济新常态,适应经济新常态,树立"进是发展、退也是发展"理念,率先在集团实施矿井分类管理。河南省许平煤业有限公司(简称许平煤业)的一体化管理既有两翼地域的统一,不同矿井、不同类型上的统一,也有管理管控上理念、制度、标准、考核的统一。该企业以"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"理念为引领,以系统论、控制论为支撑,构建一个体系、创新六大举措、强化一个保证、实现"三保"目标。
[Abstract]:We are actively recognizing the new normal state of the economy, adapting to the new normal state of the economy, and establishing the idea that "advance is development, and retreat is development". The integrated management of Xuping Coal Industry Co., Ltd. of Henan Province (referred to as Xuping Coal Industry Co., Ltd.) includes the unification of the two wings, the unification of different mines, different types of mines, and the concept and system of management and control. The enterprise is guided by the idea of "innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing", supported by system theory and cybernetics, constructs a system, innovates six measures, strengthens a guarantee, and realizes the goal of "three guarantees".
