液压支架关键部位的有限元分析

【摘要】:本文以ZY6800/15/32D型液压支架为研究对象,建立了该支架三维虚拟样机,以《煤矿液压支架第一部分:通用技术条件》中的强度试验条款要求为加载条件,对支架整体进行了的有限元强度模拟分析。参照分析结果完成的该支架样机设计在试验台上以同样条件进行了支架强度试验,试验过程中对关键部位(点)的做了应力测试。有限元强度分析数据与试验测试数据的对比,验证了有限元分析过程和数据结果的可信性和正确性,为该支架一次性试制成功提供了理论指导。使用CATIA软件对ZY6800/15/32D型液压支架创建三维实体模型,使用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对其进行静力学结构分析。有限元分析过程中,对支架的三维实体模型进行了模型的简化、装配、支架各部件接触面的处理、单元类型的选择、网格的划分、边界条件的处理和载荷的施加等方面的研究。支架样机的承载强度试验依据最新液压支架的试验标准《煤矿液压支架第一部分:通用技术条件》确定危险工况和边界载荷条件。分别以顶梁偏载和顶梁扭转两种最恶劣的承载工况进行加载试验,采集关键部位的试验数据并与有限元分析结果对比分析,两者基本一致。说明本文的有限元分析过程和结果是基本正确的,用此得到的所有数据可以全面指导该液压支架所有结构件的设计。利用ABAQUS中weld模块处理支架底座柱窝与周围筋板的焊缝连接,与底座一体化建模形成实体连接的分析结果进行了对比分析,两种处理方式在柱窝周围局部的应力应变还是有一定差异,一体化实体连接建模比焊接连接产生的应力应变要小。据此,通常为简化模型和减少支架结构件中大量的焊缝连接处理而采用的一体化实体建模,这种方式得到的有限元计算数据在集中受力和模量突变的区域应增加一定的系数,或做必要的局部焊缝连接的细化处理。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the ZY6800/15/32D hydraulic support as the research object, established the three-dimensional virtual prototype, the "coal mine hydraulic support the first part: the strength test of general technical conditions in terms of > requirements for loading conditions, simulation analysis of finite element strength to support the whole paper. According to the analysis results of the prototype design is completed in the bracket test bench in the same conditions of support strength test, during the test of the key parts (points) do a stress test. According to this, usually for the simplified model and reduce support structure in a large number of weld connection processing by the integration of solid modeling, finite element calculation of the data in this way are concentrated by mutation force and modulus area should increase the coefficient, or do the necessary connection of the local weld refinement.
