沿空留巷围岩给定变形及巷旁支护时机研究

【摘要】：为解决巷旁支护最佳时机的问题,对沿空留巷围岩结构进行分析,可知留巷基本顶的三铰接梁结构是沿空留巷围岩变形的关键因素,结合沿空留巷围岩给定变形对巷旁支护时机进行研究,提出巷旁支护应适应巷道围岩的给定变形,特别是顶板的给定变形运动。通过监测顶板下沉量判断三铰接梁结构的稳定情况,进而确定巷旁支护时机。采用数值模拟的方法,对神火集团薛湖煤矿沿空留巷过程中巷旁支护时机的合理性进行验证,结果表明:当巷旁支护滞后工作面煤壁10m时,支护效果良好,而巷旁支护最佳时机是滞后工作面煤壁25m,该结果可为该矿巷旁支护的现场施工提供技术支持。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of optimal time of roadway side support, the surrounding rock structure of gob retaining roadway is analyzed. It can be seen that the three hinged beam structure with basic roof of retaining roadway is the key factor of surrounding rock deformation along gob retaining roadway. Combined with the study of the given deformation of surrounding rock along the gob, it is put forward that the roadway side support should adapt to the given deformation of roadway surrounding rock. Especially for the given deformation movement of the roof, the stability of the three-hinged beam structure is judged by monitoring the settlement of the roof, and then the supporting opportunity of the roadway is determined. The numerical simulation method is used. This paper verifies the rationality of the timbering time of roadway side in Xue Hu Coal Mine of Shenghuo Group. The results show that the supporting effect is good when the coal wall of roadway side support lags behind the coal face for 10 m. The best time of roadway side support is 25m coal wall, which can provide technical support for the field construction of roadway side support in this mine.
