隔爆型变频调速一体机变频器输出侧滤波研究

【摘要】:近些年交流调速系统得到了迅速的发展,交流变频调速系统凭借着容量大、结构简单、节能等优点,已经开始渐渐取代直流调速系统的地位。在煤矿开采的过程中,煤矿的挖掘、运输等都需要交流调速系统。交流调速系统主要由变频器和电动机组成,现在大多采用把变频器与电动机分成两个独立的系统,然后用长电缆进行连接的方式。由于井下的空间有限,生产环境恶劣,这样的交流调速系统不仅会占更大的空间,还可能会使电能在传输过程中发生行波反射、噪声干扰等使得电动机的输入端电压发生变化,甚至达到额定电压的几倍,对电动机的安全稳定运行造成不利的影响。所以隔爆型变频调速一体机把变频器和电动机封装在一起,使其体积变小,重量减轻,也降低了故障率,减小电磁干扰,更适合完成井下作业。但是变频器电源本身自带的谐波分量却对电动机产生了加速绝缘老化,降低电动机效率,使电动机的损耗增加等负面影响。目前工程上采用了LC无源滤波器对变频器输出的电能进行滤波。无源滤波器的结构简单,便于维护,成本较低。但是LC无源滤波器存在只能滤除特定谐波的弊端。所以近些年也开始了在变频器的输出侧使用有源滤波器的研究。有源滤波器能够动态的滤波各次谐波,滤波效果好,性能优越。但是有源滤波器难以对大容量负载进行谐波补偿,成本也比较高。所以本文提出使用综合了无源滤波器与有源滤波器的优点的混合型有源滤波器来对变频器输出侧进行滤波。本文以抚顺煤矿电机有限责任公司最新研制的产品隔爆型变频调速一体机为背景,采用MATLAB/Simulink软件仿真的方式研究了使用无源滤波器与有源滤波器相结合的混合型有源滤波器对变频器电源谐波的抑制作用。介绍了交流调速系统的优势和现状,详细介绍了隔爆型变频调速一体机,分析了变频器电源谐波的产生以及在电动机中产生的附加损耗和谐波对电动机的负面影响,介绍了各种有源滤波器与无源滤波器,分析了由有源滤波器与无源滤波器综合而成的混合型有源滤波器的优点。通过MATLAB/Simulink软件搭建了由380V工频电源供电的变频器,由整流变压器、整流电路、升压斩波电路、滤波电路和逆变电路构成,并且对每一部分电路进行了验证。用隔爆型变频调速一体机的实际参数设置系统模块并进行仿真。分析仿真结果并设计了相应的滤波器。最后通过仿真验证了由有源滤波器与无源滤波器综合而成的混合型有源滤波器能够有效的削弱变频器电源谐波,对电动机有很好的保护作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, AC speed regulation system has been developing rapidly. With the advantages of large capacity, simple structure and energy saving, AC frequency conversion system has gradually taken the place of DC speed regulation system. The mining and transportation of coal mines all need AC speed regulation system. The AC speed regulation system is mainly composed of frequency converter and motor. Now most of them are divided into two independent systems. Because of the limited underground space and the harsh production environment, such AC speed regulation systems not only occupy more space, but also may cause traveling wave reflection in the transmission of electric energy. Noise interference makes the input voltage of the motor change even several times the rated voltage. It has an adverse effect on the safe and stable operation of the motor. Therefore, the flameproof inverter and the motor are encapsulated together, which makes it smaller in volume and lighter in weight, and also reduces the failure rate and electromagnetic interference. It is more suitable for underground operation. However, the harmonic component of inverter power supply itself has accelerated insulation aging and reduced motor efficiency. At present, the LC passive filter is used to filter the electric energy output from the inverter. The structure of the passive filter is simple and easy to maintain. The cost is low. But the LC passive filter has the disadvantage that it can only filter the specific harmonics. So in recent years, the study of using active filter on the output side of frequency converter has been started. Active filter can filter every harmonic dynamically. The filtering effect is good, the performance is superior, but the active power filter is difficult to compensate the harmonics of the large capacity load. Therefore, this paper proposes a hybrid active power filter which combines the advantages of passive filter and active power filter to filter the output side of inverter. In this paper, Fushun Coal Mine Motor Co., Ltd. The newly developed flame-proof variable-frequency speed governing integrator is the background. In this paper, the effect of hybrid active power filter (APF) combined with passive filter and active filter on harmonic suppression of inverter power supply is studied by means of MATLAB/Simulink software simulation. The advantages and present situation of AC speed regulating system are introduced. This paper introduces the flame-proof variable-frequency speed governing integrator in detail, analyzes the harmonic generation of inverter power supply, the additional loss and the negative influence of harmonic produced in the motor, and introduces various active filters and passive filters. This paper analyzes the advantages of hybrid active power filter which is composed of active power filter and passive filter. The inverter powered by 380V power frequency power supply, rectifier transformer, rectifier circuit and boost chopper circuit are built by MATLAB/Simulink software. Filter circuit and inverter circuit, Each part of the circuit is verified. The system module is set up and simulated with the actual parameters of the flameproof frequency conversion speed governing integrator. The simulation results are analyzed and the corresponding filter is designed. Finally, the simulation results are verified by the simulation. The hybrid active power filter, which is integrated with the passive filter and the active filter, can effectively weaken the harmonic of the inverter power supply. It has a good protective effect on the motor.
