低品位硅藻土在氟橡胶中的应用

【摘要】:针对吉林临江的低品位硅藻土,系统考察了其表面改性的条件,并研究了改性硅藻土在氟橡胶中的应用。结果表明,所称低品位硅藻土适宜的改性剂为WD-60,其用量、改性时间和改性温度分别为质量分数0.9%(以氟橡胶计)、30 min和120℃;利用改性的硅藻土填充氟橡胶,在170℃下硫化20 min后,所制备硅藻土/氟橡胶复合材料的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率分别达到12.3 MPa和366%。低品位硅藻土在氟橡胶领域具有较好的应用前景。
