LA股份有限公司多元化发展战略研究

【摘要】:煤炭行业是一种高风险高投入的行业,对国家政策的敏感程度较高,在扼住我国经济命脉的同时,对其他产业的发展也有着极大的推动作用,因此,其发展状况时刻受到我国政府的关注与重视。煤炭作为不可再生的资源,是煤炭企业的主要原料,由于开采粗放,煤炭资源消耗日益严重使得企业面临资源短缺的问题,同时,在全球经济低迷、油价冲击剧烈,环保意识激增、新能源研发取得了极大进展的大环境下,煤炭企业经营停滞不前进入瓶颈期,因此越来越多的煤炭行业积极寻求适应企业发展的战略。在当前这种环境下,许多大型煤炭企业选择多元化战略,企业多元化经营是否成功,关键在于对企业核心能力的有效利用。因此,选择适合自身发展的多元化战略变得十分重要。LA股份有限公司是以煤炭作为主业,近年来,虽然煤炭业务成功实现了国际化经营,但与煤炭相关业务举步维艰,已经严重影响公司的发展。因此论文以LA股份有限公司作为研究对象,运用多元化战略理论对LA战略多元化战略选择进行系统研究,以提高公司竞争力、实现持续稳定发展。同时,在这种新形势下,也对地区其他煤炭企业良性发展具有一定的借鉴意义。论文从LA股份有限公司整体概况与经营现状出发,分析出目前公司在经营中存在的问题。然后,根据LA股份有限公司自身实际情况,结合LA股份有限公司外部环境和内部条件分析,并运用SWOT分析法分析LA股份有限公司优势与劣势、机遇与威胁,构造矩阵分析出不同的战略的优势,为LA股份有限公司进行多元化战略的选择提供思路。最后,从多元化的原则、路径选择、目标、布局以及多元化产业结构等方面阐述LA股份有限公司多元化战略的选择,得出LA股份有限公司多元化战略实施与保障措施。研究认为,应当根据LA股份有限公司内外部发展状况积极实施多元化发展战略以实现企业的可持续发展,在积极发展煤炭核心产业的同时大力发展电力、多晶硅、煤制油等新兴能源和煤化工产业,逐渐形成“一个核心产业,两大支柱产业以及电气制造、机械、化肥等支持产业、高科技产业的煤基关联产业集群”的格局。
[Abstract]:The coal industry is a kind of high risk and high input industry, which is sensitive to the national policy. It has a great role in promoting the development of other industries while strangling the economic lifeline of our country. Coal, as a non-renewable resource, is the main raw material of coal enterprises. Because of extensive mining, the consumption of coal resources is increasingly serious, which makes enterprises face the problem of resource shortage. In the global economic downturn, the sharp impact of oil prices, the sharp increase in environmental awareness, and the great progress made in new energy research and development, coal enterprises have stalled and entered a bottleneck period. Therefore, more and more coal industries actively seek strategies to adapt to the development of enterprises. In the current environment, many large coal enterprises choose diversification strategies, and whether the diversification of enterprises is successful, The key lies in the effective utilization of the core competence of the enterprise. Therefore, it has become very important to choose a diversified strategy suitable for the development of the enterprise. La Co., Ltd., which takes coal as its main business, has been successfully internationalized in recent years. However, the difficulty of coal related business has seriously affected the development of the company. Therefore, the thesis takes LA Co., Ltd. as the research object, applies the theory of diversification strategy to carry on the systematic research on the choice of LA strategy diversification strategy. In order to improve the competitiveness of the company, realize the sustainable and stable development. At the same time, under this new situation, it also has certain reference significance for the benign development of other coal enterprises in the region. Then, according to the actual situation of LA Co., Ltd, combined with the external environment and internal conditions of LA Co., Ltd. And using SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of LA Co., Ltd., the construction matrix analysis of different strategic advantages, LA Co., Ltd., to provide ideas for the choice of diversification strategy. From the aspects of diversification principle, path choice, goal, layout and diversified industrial structure, this paper expounds the choice of the diversification strategy of LA Co., Ltd., and obtains the implementation and safeguard measures of the diversification strategy of LA Co., Ltd. According to the internal and external development of LA Co., Ltd., we should actively implement the diversified development strategy to realize the sustainable development of the enterprise, and vigorously develop the electric power and polysilicon while actively developing the core industry of coal. The new energy and chemical industries such as coal oil and coal chemical industry have gradually formed the pattern of "one core industry, two pillar industries, and support industries such as electrical manufacturing, machinery, fertilizer and high-tech industries."
