复杂条件下钻井井筒修复内套井壁结构研究

【摘要】:自从上个世纪八十年代以来,华东地区深厚表土不稳定地层中的立井井壁发生了大面积的破裂事故,由于治理困难造成了巨大损失。华东地区煤矿的挖掘现在只能向深部发展,井筒必将穿越深厚表土的不稳定地层,而且井壁的破裂目前仍在继续发生,因此对深厚表土不稳定地层中井壁的修复治理问题需要进一步的研究和探索。本文结合板集煤矿的工程地质、水文地质以及一些其他因素进行分析,通过理论研究以及对内套井壁结构进行的模型试验,得出了内套井壁方法对破裂井壁修复的作用,试验结果得出内套井壁的极限承载力。另外,又运用数值计算分析得出内套井壁的安全性。本文是以板集煤矿副井为研究对象,针对板集煤矿副井破裂井壁的破坏情况,采用内套井壁对破坏区域的井壁进行修复治理,并对内套井壁的施工方案、修复情况等进行了相关介绍。通过对内套井壁结构的研究,同时结合板集煤矿副井井壁修复实际案例,根据深厚表土不稳定地层中的地质水文条件,得出了在相同情况下的内套井壁法的优势,为将来深厚表土不稳定地层中的井壁修复治理提供了一定的依据。
[Abstract]:Since the eighties of the last century, the shaft lining in the unstable strata of deep topsoil in East China has been broken up in a large area, resulting in huge losses due to the difficulties of harnessing. The excavation of coal mines in East China can only develop to the deep now. The wellbore is bound to pass through the unstable strata of deep topsoil, and the rupture of the wellbore continues to occur. Therefore, it is necessary to further study and explore the remediation of shaft lining in the unstable strata of deep topsoil. This paper analyzes the engineering geology, hydrogeology and some other factors of Banji Coal Mine. Through theoretical research and model test on lining structure of inner casing, the effect of lining method on repairing broken shaft wall is obtained, and the ultimate bearing capacity of inner casing shaft wall is obtained. The safety of the inner casing shaft wall is obtained by numerical calculation and analysis. This paper takes the auxiliary shaft of Banji coal mine as the research object, aiming at the failure situation of the broken shaft wall of the auxiliary shaft in Banji coal mine, the inner casing shaft wall is used to repair and control the damaged shaft wall in the damaged area. Through the study of the lining structure of the inner casing and the actual case of repairing the auxiliary shaft wall in Banji Coal Mine, according to the geological and hydrological conditions in the unstable formation of deep topsoil, the paper introduces the construction plan and repair situation of the inner casing shaft wall. The advantages of the inner casing method under the same conditions are obtained, which provides a basis for the remediation of the wall in the unstable formation of deep topsoil in the future.
