高浓度胶结充填开采支架与围岩关系研究

【摘要】:通过分析高浓度胶结充填开采上覆岩层移动规律和支架与围岩关系,建立了顶板载荷计算方式,并通过新阳矿工程实例进行验证。研究表明:采场周期来压步距增大,强度降低,表明充填体能够有效支撑顶板,减缓上覆岩层的扰动,充填开采相比普通垮落综采,支架需要更高的工作阻力,并且高支护强度可以有效限制顶板的下沉,进而提高充填率,减缓地表变形。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the law of overlying strata movement in high concentration cemented filling mining and the relation between support and surrounding rock, the calculation method of roof load is established, and verified by a case study in Xinyang Mine. The decrease of strength indicates that the backfill can effectively support the roof and slow down the disturbance of the overlying strata. Compared with the general caving fully mechanized mining, the support needs higher working resistance, and the high support strength can effectively limit the subsidence of the roof. Then the filling rate is increased and the surface deformation is slowed down.
