新疆拜城察尔其铜矿床地质特征及经济技术评价

【摘要】:新疆拜城察尔其铜矿地处阿克苏地区拜城县察尔齐镇境内,开采历史悠久。矿床位于库车盆地的北缘,铜矿山背斜北翼,整体地势西高东低。矿床产于新近系康村组一套碎屑岩中,为典型新生代陆相层控砂岩型铜矿床。区域上,该套地层中发育众多砂岩型铜矿化,指示总体上成矿前景较好。本文以新疆拜城察尔其铜矿矿床地质特征、矿体特征作为主要的研究对象,在此基础上分析该矿床开发的经济意义。论文以矿床学、矿物岩石学、矿山地质技术、金属矿山开采及矿产资源经济学等作为理论指导,结合本次野外地质调查(地质填图、实测剖面以及探槽、钻探)和实验室测试分析,在前人研究的理论基础上采用多种分析测试手段,研究该矿床矿层岩性组合特征、矿体的品位、厚度、矿物岩石组合特征、矿石的结构构造等,进而分析该矿床的成因类型。研究表明,新疆拜城察尔其铜矿有三个(A、B、C)主要含矿层位,矿层的厚度、品位相对稳定,各层位之间保持固定距,含矿岩层岩性组合为红褐色、杂色中细粒-中粗粒砂岩,矿层形态为层状或似层状。组成铜矿石的有用矿物种类很多,在整个含铜砂岩层位中,由上而下的组合依次为:(1)赤铁矿、褐铁矿组合;(2)黄铁矿、辉铜矿组合;(3)方铅矿、辉铜矿和赤铁矿组合;(4)赤铁矿、辉铜矿组合;(5)辉铜矿、黄铁矿组合;(6)赤铁矿、褐铁矿组合,由北向南也有类似的分布规律。矿石结构构造多为粒状结构。矿体围岩无明显的蚀变现象,矿石矿物以赤铜矿为主。本文在基本查明新疆拜城察尔其铜矿地质特征、矿山开发技术条件、选矿试验、项目开发利用背景等矿山建设的基本条件基础上,依照国家规范,结合市场情况及业主要求,对未来矿山的建设规模、产品方案、开采方案、选矿方案、尾矿库及设备选型方案等矿山主要环节进行了初步规划,并通过相关因素的归纳、分析,计算了矿山开发投资有关的主要经济指标,进而帮助研判该矿的开发利用价值状况。
[Abstract]:Bicheng Chaerqi Copper Mine, Xinjiang, is located in Chaerqi Town, Baicheng County, Aksu region, with a long history of mining. The deposit is located on the northern edge of Kuqa Basin and on the north wing of the Copper Mine anticline. The deposit occurs in a set of clastic rocks of the Kangcun formation of Neogene and is a typical Cenozoic continental stratabound sandstone type copper deposit. In this paper, the geological characteristics and orebody characteristics of the Bicheng Chaerqi copper deposit in Xinjiang are taken as the main research objects, and the economic significance of the development of the deposit is analyzed. Mine geological technology, mining of metal mines and economics of mineral resources as theoretical guidance, combined with the field geological survey (geological mapping, measured profiles and grooves, drilling) and laboratory test and analysis, On the basis of the theories studied by predecessors, the characteristics of ore bed lithology assemblage, ore body grade, thickness, mineral rock assemblage, ore structure and so on are studied by various means of analysis and test. The genetic types of the deposit are further analyzed. The results show that there are three main ore-bearing strata in Bicheng-Chaerqi Copper Mine, Xinjiang, the thickness and grade of the ore-bed are relatively stable, the interval between the layers remains fixed, and the lithologic assemblage of the ore-bearing strata is reddish brown. In variegated medium fine grained and medium coarse grained sandstone, the ore formation is stratiform or stratiform. There are many useful minerals that make up copper ore. In the whole copper-bearing sandstone formation, the top-down assemblages are: 1) hematite, and 2) limonite) pyrite. The chalcocite assemblage is composed of galena, chalcocite and hematite, hematite, chalcocite, pyrite, pyrite, and limonite, respectively. There is a similar distribution pattern from north to south. The ore structure structure is mostly granular structure. There is no obvious alteration phenomenon in the surrounding rock of ore body, and the ore mineral is mainly hematite. The geological characteristics of the ore deposit in Bicheng Chaerqi, Xinjiang, are basically investigated in this paper. On the basis of the basic conditions of mine construction, such as technical conditions for mine development, ore dressing tests, background of project development and utilization, and in accordance with the national norms, combined with the market situation and the requirements of the owners, the construction scale, product scheme and mining plan of the future mines shall be reviewed. The main aspects of mine, such as dressing scheme, tailings reservoir and equipment selection scheme, are preliminarily planned, and the main economic indexes related to mine development investment are calculated through induction and analysis of relevant factors. Thus, it helps to study the value of exploitation and utilization of the mine.
