煤矿膏体充填设备的优化设计与参数化建模研究

【摘要】:在所有的不可再生资源中,煤炭在我国的使用是最为广泛的,且不可代替。国家的经济正在飞速增长中,经济的增长必将增加煤炭的使用。我们国家的储煤量非常丰富,目前还没有哪个新型能源能完全替代煤,所以未来煤在很长的时间内仍是我国最主要的能源。但是,由于煤炭的大量开采,煤炭资源逐步减少。为了满足采煤的需要,既要将煤开采出来,又要保证地表不会塌陷,膏体充填就是满足采煤的需要而产生的一种边采边充填的技术。在采煤过程中,应用膏体充填技术是至关重要的,膏体是一种混合膏状流体,其主要构成物质有胶结料、煤矸石、粉煤灰以及水。通过充填泵将膏体打入地下,实现充填。随着国内外煤矿资源的大量开采,膏体充填技术也一步步趋于成熟,但仍存在些许不足之处,诸如生成的膏体不合格、充填过程中发生堵管现象等。本文基于神经网络理论,对膏体充填配料称重装置进行优化,构建入料速度与配比精度的数学模型,并应用Matlab软件得出最优解,使各原料配比更为快速、精确;与此同时,以现有的膏体充填搅拌站为基础,参考混凝土搅拌车的结构原理和工作方式,将搅拌过程中的关键技术进行改进研究,并通过有限元对其仿真,最后得出仿真后的搅拌站模型受外加风载荷、雪载荷的稳定性;然后,建立优化之后充填站中各主要部件的参数化模型,并以此为基础构建整套系统参数化设计的模型库,对运用到的膏体充填设备进行参数化设计;最后,对优化之后的膏体充填设备进行三维模型的构建,完善膏体充填技术。
[Abstract]:Of all the non-renewable resources, coal is the most widely used in our country, and cannot be replaced. The national economy is growing rapidly, and the economic growth will certainly increase the use of coal. Our country's coal reserves are very rich. At present, there is no new type of energy that can completely replace coal, so in the future coal will still be the most important energy in China for a long time. However, due to the large amount of coal mining, coal resources are gradually reduced. In order to meet the needs of coal mining, Plaster filling is a kind of technology to meet the needs of coal mining and filling. In the process of coal mining, the application of paste filling technology is very important. Paste is a kind of mixed paste fluid, whose main composition is cemented material, coal gangue, fly ash and water. The paste filling technology is becoming mature step by step, but there are still some shortcomings, such as the unqualified paste produced, the phenomenon of pipe plugging occurring in the filling process, etc. Based on the neural network theory, this paper optimizes the weighing device of paste filling ingredients. The mathematical model of feeding speed and ratio accuracy is constructed, and the optimal solution is obtained by using Matlab software, which makes the proportion of raw materials more rapid and accurate. At the same time, based on the existing paste filling mixing station, Referring to the structure principle and working mode of the concrete mixer, the key technology in the mixing process is improved and studied, and the finite element method is used to simulate it. Finally, the stability of the simulated mixing station model under the applied wind load and snow load is obtained. Then, the parameterized model of the main components in the filling station after optimization is established, and the model base of the whole system parameterized design is constructed based on this model, and the paste filling equipment used in the parameterized design is designed parameterized. The three-dimensional model of the optimized paste filling equipment was constructed and the paste filling technology was improved.
