基于电驻波的锚杆无损检测仪的研究

【摘要】:由于在煤矿工程、岩土工程等领域越来越多地应用到了锚杆支护技术,人们对锚杆质量也越来越关注。锚杆长度一旦由于腐蚀、断裂等原因低于设计长度,将会直接影响整个工程质量的优劣,严重时会导致建筑物坍塌引发事故。对拉拔力进行测试来检测锚杆质量的方式,既浪费时间又消耗劳动力,破坏性还很大,而且还只能对锚固力进行检测,不能检测锚杆的长度。利用超声波法、冲击应力波法等这些无损检测方法虽然减少了对周围岩石、地层等的破坏,能够实现大面积的快速检测,可是这些测试方法与锚杆耦合性较差,并且计算和操作起来非常的复杂,测量结果也容易受到测量者的影响。本文设计的基于电驻波的锚杆无损检测仪,它的测量探针和被测金属锚杆之间是通过电接触来进行信号的传输,利用产生的电驻波来测量锚杆的长度,操作简单,携带方便,非常适合对大面积的锚杆质量进行检测。本文主要从以下四个方面进行介绍:首先,论文介绍了利用锚杆进行支护的优点和应用,以及对锚杆质量进行检测的技术所处的现状,分析了利用电驻波方法测量锚杆长度的原理。其次,论文重点阐述了锚杆质量检测仪的硬件设计和软件设计。其中,系统硬件部分包括单片机控制模块、频率生成模块、电压放大模块、前置放大模块,压控增益模块、检波模块、串口通信模块、显示模块和电源模块。软件部分使用C语言,主要包括主程序流程设计、单片机模拟I2C总线通信单元、单片机控制CDCE906工作单元。然后,利用实现的锚杆长度检测仪对不同长度的锚杆进行了测长实验,并根据测试结果分析了误差产生的原因。最后,论文指出了所研制的锚杆无损检测仪的不足之处和需要改进的地方,为以后的研究提出了一些建议。
[Abstract]:Due to the coal mine engineering, geotechnical engineering and other fields more and more applied to bolting technology, people pay more and more attention to the quality of anchor bolt length. Once due to corrosion, fracture and other reasons is lower than the designed length, will directly affect the quality of the project, will lead to serious accidents. The collapse of building test on the drawing force to detect the anchor quality, is a waste of time and labor consumption, damage is also great, but also can detect the anchoring force, can not detect the length of the bolt. The use of ultrasonic method, impact stress wave method etc. These NDT methods although the reduction of rock formation, such as damage to to achieve rapid detection of a large area, but these test methods and bolt coupling is poor, calculation and operation is very complex and the measurement results are also vulnerable to the influence of measurement Ring. Detector non-destructive Bolt Based on electric wave, between the measuring probe and its measured metal bolt is transmitted through the electrical contact to the signal, measured by electric standing wave generated by the bolt length, simple operation, convenient carrying, very suitable for large area of bolt quality were detected. In this paper mainly from the following four aspects: firstly, this thesis introduces the use of bolt to support the advantages and application status, and the detection technology of bolt quality, analyzes the principle of electrical measurement method using standing wave length bolt. Secondly, the paper focuses on the design of hardware and software quality testing of bolt instrument. The system hardware includes MCU control module, frequency module, voltage amplification module, amplifier module, voltage controlled gain module, detection module, serial port communication module, display Module and power module. The software using C language, mainly including the design of the main program, microcontroller simulation I2C bus communication unit, CDCE906 MCU control unit of work. Then, the different length of bolt length measurement experiment using bolt length detector, and analyzes the causes of error according to the test results. Finally, this paper points out the shortcomings of the developed detector non-destructive bolt and areas in need of improvement for the future research and put forward some suggestions.
