卡特彼勒采矿设备维修保养合同(MARC)设计与分析

【摘要】:在大型露天矿山里,最主要的组成部分是大大小小的采矿设备,作为矿山管理的主要内容,设备管理的重要性一直都被各大矿山企业所关注。随着采矿技术的发展国际以及国内采矿企业无不在追求优质采矿设备的同时把采矿设备管理及流程管理提到了日常工作重点。每个矿山企业最大的开支是设备采购。设备既是矿山企业的最大投资,也是矿山企业利润最大化的主力军。只有将矿山设备管理做到最优,使得设备的可用率达到最大,矿山的最高盈利目标才有可能实现。目前国内的大部分露天矿山企业都配备了较先进的国内外采购的采矿设备,总体来说开采装备的配置已经达到了较世界同行的平均水平。而设备的运营情况却还处在层次不齐的状态,据统计,80%以上国内矿山的运营模式还是企业自主采购,自主管理运营,从生产到维修均由企业自主完成。这就导致矿山企业机构庞大,运营负担重,效率低。随着市场经济体制的发展和采矿业国际竞争的加剧,传统的矿山运营模式开始逐渐制约矿山企业的发展和竞争力的提高。为了实现最低的运营成本,从20世纪80年代开始国内的少数采矿企业开始尝试合同采矿模式,即与承包商合作签订开采承包合同,这样可以有效的减少采矿企业的设备采购投入费用和管理费用。本论文探讨了卡特彼勒设备保养合同(MARC)的设计方法和投资风险分析。首先在介绍MARC合同模式的设计原理,从技术和管理两方面阐述MARC合同下采矿设备运营模式及未来的发展方向。重点研究MARC合同模式下采矿设备管理的关键技术,得出MARC模式可使采矿设备运营管理的和采矿设备供应商实现双赢的效果。MARC模式可以将采矿企业的生产吨成本降到最低,使得采矿企业或承包商为当前和长期的运营计划和决策提供可靠的基础。其次论文研究了MARC合同的主要内容、MARC合同的定价方式和价格组成以及技术管理、质量管理、进度管理、组织协调管理、设备管理和安全管理的核心内容、存在的问题和解决方案。最后以神华新疆五彩湾MARC合同采矿为案例,分析了MARC合同运营模式的高强度开采和低吨成本的运用实例。
[Abstract]:In large open-pit mines, the most important component is mining equipment, large and small, as the main content of mine management. The importance of equipment management has always been concerned by the major mining enterprises. With the development of mining technology, the international and domestic mining enterprises have all mentioned the management of mining equipment and process management in the pursuit of high quality mining equipment at the same time. The biggest expenditure of each mining enterprise is the purchase of equipment. Equipment is the largest investment of mining enterprise. It is also the main force to maximize the profits of mining enterprises. Only by optimizing the management of mine equipment, the availability of equipment can be maximized. At present, most open-pit mining enterprises in China are equipped with more advanced mining equipment purchased at home and abroad. On the whole, the configuration of mining equipment has reached the average level compared with that of its counterparts in the world. However, the operation of the equipment is still in a state of uneven levels. According to statistics, more than 80% of domestic mining operations are still purchased by enterprises on their own. The independent management and operation, from production to maintenance, are carried out by the enterprises independently. This leads to the huge organization, heavy operation burden and low efficiency of the mining enterprises. With the development of the market economy system and the intensification of the international competition in the mining industry, In order to realize the lowest operating cost, a small number of domestic mining enterprises began to try the contract mining mode in the 1980s, in order to achieve the lowest operating cost, the traditional mine operation mode gradually restricted the development and the improvement of the competitiveness of the mining enterprises. That is, to sign a contract for mining in cooperation with the contractor, In this paper, the design method and investment risk analysis of Caterpillar equipment maintenance contract are discussed. Firstly, the design principle of MARC contract mode is introduced. This paper expounds the operation mode and future development direction of mining equipment under MARC contract from two aspects of technology and management. The key technology of mining equipment management under MARC contract mode is studied emphatically. It is concluded that the MARC model can make the operation management of mining equipment and the supplier of mining equipment achieve win-win effect. Marc model can reduce the production cost of mining enterprises to the minimum. Mining enterprises or contractors to provide a reliable basis for the current and long-term business plans and decisions. Secondly, the paper studies the main content of MARC contract pricing and price composition, as well as technical management, quality management, schedule management, Organization and coordination management, equipment management and safety management of the core content, existing problems and solutions. Finally, Shenhua Xinjiang Wucai Bay MARC contract mining as a case study, The application examples of high intensity mining and low ton cost of MARC contract operation mode are analyzed.
