基于FPGA和ARM的煤矿电力监控系统设计

【摘要】:随着微电子技术、通信技术和工业以太网技术的发展以及国家对煤矿安全生产重视程度的加深,煤矿设备智能化、现代化水平不断发展。作为整个煤矿安全生产保障系统的核心组成部分,煤矿电力监控系统直接涵盖煤矿井下开采设备和安全生产保障设备的电力供应,应当全面确保煤矿井下供电网络的稳定可靠,实现井下电力系统的安全保障。因此,采用更加现代化和智能化的设备,减少人为因素造成的供电事故,构建完善可靠的煤矿电力监控系统网络,对加强煤矿电力设备生产的管理,提供稳定可靠的电力供应,保证煤矿安全可靠生产具有非常现实的意义。 为达到这一目标,本文查阅了大量电力监控系统的相关论文资料,分析和总结了国内外的发展现状以及存在的不足,通过对煤矿企业进行实际调研,提出了基于FPGA+ARM的煤矿电力监控系统设计方案。论文着重论述了懫用可编程逻辑器件和嵌入式微处理器组成的电力监控系统,系统设计主要包括井下通信分站和高压综保开关信号采集系统。 井下通信分站以ARM为控制核心实现对整个分站系统的控制。作为煤矿信息化系统的重要组成部分,通信分站要能够实时地传递大量信息,保证井上、井下数据传输的高效性、可靠性、稳定性。高压综保开关信号采集系统采用FPGA+ARM的双CPU架构,系统通过FPGA进行逻辑控制,完成10路AD信号的同步采集,实现对电流、电压信号的监测。ARM微处理器主要完成对采集数据的处理和通信,通过嵌入操作系统以及网络通信协议栈能够进行多任务切换。 论文完成了通信分站和高压综保开关信号采集系统的设计,系统充分利用可编程逻辑器件和ARM微处理器的优势,实现了煤矿井下电网数据的测量、控制和监测。测试结果表明系统达到了设计要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of microelectronic technology, communication technology and industrial Ethernet technology and the deepening of national attention to coal mine safety production, coal mine equipment is intelligent. As the core part of the whole coal mine safety production guarantee system, the coal mine electric power monitoring system directly covers the power supply of the underground mining equipment and the safety production guarantee equipment. It is necessary to ensure the stability and reliability of the underground power supply network in coal mines and to ensure the safety and security of the underground power system. Therefore, the use of more modern and intelligent equipment to reduce the power supply accidents caused by human factors, It is of great practical significance to establish a perfect and reliable network of coal mine electric power monitoring system to strengthen the management of coal mine power equipment production, to provide stable and reliable power supply and to ensure the safety and reliability of coal mine production. In order to achieve this goal, this paper consulted a large number of related papers of electric power monitoring system, analyzed and summarized the domestic and foreign development status and shortcomings, through the actual investigation of coal mining enterprises, This paper puts forward the design scheme of coal mine electric power monitoring system based on FPGA ARM, and emphatically discusses the electric power monitoring system composed of programmable logic device and embedded microprocessor. The system design mainly includes underground communication sub-station and high voltage integrated safeguard switch signal acquisition system. As an important part of the information system of coal mine, the communication sub-station should be able to transmit a large amount of information in real time to ensure the high efficiency of the downhole data transmission. Reliability and stability. The high voltage integrated safeguard switch signal acquisition system adopts the double CPU structure of FPGA ARM, the system carries on the logic control through the FPGA, completes 10 channels AD signal synchronous acquisition, realizes the current, The voltage signal monitoring .arm microprocessor mainly processes and communicates the collected data. It can switch tasks by embedding the operating system and the network communication protocol stack. The paper has completed the design of the communication sub-station and the signal acquisition system of HV HV switch. The system makes full use of the advantages of programmable logic device and ARM microprocessor to realize the data measurement of underground power network in coal mine. Control and monitoring. Test results show that the system meets the design requirements.
