甘肃新庄煤矿风井井壁可靠性分析及优化设计

【摘要】:近年来,我国煤矿建设重点向西部转移,遇到了复杂地质情况。井筒一般要穿过厚度不等的软岩,由于其具有胶结性差,强度低,遇水软化、孔隙发育但冻结后强度提高等特点。这些矿井需要利用冻结法施工,在理论及经验匮乏情况下,按照东部深厚表土层的经验进行井壁设计,必然使井壁设计不尽合理。开展冻结井壁的可靠性研究具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。论文在对传统井壁设计方法的局限性进行阐述的基础上,对冻结井壁上的永久地压、温度应力、冻结压力、静水压力和附加力等荷载作用进行了讨论论文以甘肃新庄煤矿风井为实际工程背景,以可靠性计算原理及方法为理论依据,系统分析了可靠性计算的遗传算法的优越性考虑井壁在不同阶段的受力情况,建立适应于西部冻结法施工井壁的可靠性分析模型利用MATLAB中的遗传算法工具箱,并编制函数模型实现遗传算法采用本文提出的可靠性理论计算方法对新庄煤矿风井井壁结构进行了可靠性分析和优化设计利用ANSYS有限元软件对井壁原有设计和优化设计结果进行模拟,并对比优化前后井壁的最大位移和最大应力。计算结果表明,利用本文建立的可靠性设计方法和计算模型,在保证井壁结构安全可靠的前提下比传统设计结果具有优化性,为同类工程提供了参考依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the focus of coal mine construction in China has shifted to the west and encountered complicated geological conditions.The wellbore usually passes through soft rock with different thickness, because of its poor cementation, low strength, water softening, the development of pores but the increase of strength after freezing, etc.These mines need to be constructed by freezing method. Under the condition of lack of theory and experience, the design of shaft lining must be unreasonable according to the experience of deep topsoil in the east.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the reliability of frozen shaft lining.On the basis of expounding the limitation of traditional shaft wall design method, the permanent ground pressure, temperature stress, freezing pressure on frozen shaft wall are discussed in this paper.The static water pressure and additional force are discussed in this paper. The paper takes the wind well of Xinzhuang Coal Mine in Gansu as the practical engineering background, and takes the reliability calculation principle and method as the theoretical basis.In this paper, the superiority of genetic algorithm for reliability calculation is analyzed systematically. Considering the stress condition of shaft lining in different stages, a reliability analysis model suitable for freezing construction in western China is established. The genetic algorithm toolbox in MATLAB is used to analyze the reliability analysis model.To simulate the design results,The maximum displacement and stress of shaft wall before and after optimization are compared.The calculation results show that the reliability design method and the calculation model established in this paper are more optimized than the traditional design results on the premise of ensuring the safety and reliability of the shaft lining structure, which provides a reference basis for the similar projects.
