盐酸浸出白云鄂博选铁尾矿中经钙化焙烧的稀土

【摘要】:白云鄂博选矿厂现弱磁选—强磁选—浮选工艺的弱磁选尾矿再经钙化焙烧—弱磁选选铁后的尾矿REO含量为12.27%,主要成分为稀土氧化物和萤石,氟磷灰石、石英等少量。对盐酸浸出其中稀土氧化物的工艺条件进行了研究。结果显示,在盐酸浓度为1.5 mol/L,浸出温度为45℃,液固比为10∶1 m L/g,浸出时间为60 min,搅拌速度为300 r/min情况下,稀土浸出率可达93.15%,氟浸出率仅为0.23%,表明在控制氟浸出的前提下稀土得到了高效浸出。
