基于目标规划的露天矿多元素配矿优化

【摘要】:针对爆堆品位分布不均时,露天矿多元素多卸矿点配矿而造成配矿时间长、配矿结果粗略等问题,提出了基于目标规划的露天矿自动化配矿优化方法.将爆堆离散化为若干规则单元块,采用地质统计学方法,以岩粉取样数据为基础,实现对爆堆品位的精细化预测;考虑元素配矿优先级的同时,以品位偏差最小为目标函数,建立基于目标规划的露天矿配矿优化模型;用C++语言编程并调用LPSlove求解器求解,输出露天矿配矿优化方案并自动圈定爆堆采掘范围.该方法应用于内蒙古某大型多金属露天矿,配矿解算快速,其配矿结果在品位指标允许的误差范围之内,极大提高了配矿效率.
[Abstract]:When the grade distribution of blasting heap is uneven, the ore matching of multi-element multi-unloading ore points in open-pit mine causes the problems of long ore blending time and rough ore matching results, and so on. A method of automatic ore blending optimization based on objective programming is put forward. The blasting heap is discretized into several regular unit blocks and geostatistics method is adopted to realize the fine prediction of the grade of blasting heap based on the sampling data of rock powder. Taking the minimum grade deviation as the objective function, the optimization model of opencast ore blending based on objective programming is established, which is programmed by C language and solved by LPSlove solver. This method is applied to a large polymetallic open-pit mine in Inner Mongolia, where the ore blending solution is quick, and the ore blending results are within the allowable error range of grade index, the method is applied to the optimization scheme of outputting opencast mine and automatically delineating the mining range of exploding heap, and the method is applied to a large polymetallic open-pit mine in Inner Mongolia. The ore blending efficiency is greatly improved.
