佳煤集团安全生产综合调度管理平台分析与设计研究

【摘要】:煤炭行业在经历了高发展、高利润之后,逐渐转入持续低迷阶段。煤炭企业为了维持自身的运转,还在继续生产,导致整个行业积聚的煤炭库存过高;另一方面,国内煤炭企业的管理水平高低不一,平均吨煤成本与国外煤炭企业相比一直居高不下,国外进口煤的到岸价格,比国内的平均煤价还低,很多企业选择了进口煤,从而导致了国内煤价的进一步下跌;高库存和低价格直接导致国内煤炭企业处于持续亏损状态。煤炭企业生产成本在持续上升,而整体盈利能力却在下降,煤炭企业的经营风险增加。在这种环境下,煤炭企业必需改变管理理念,提高企业的管理质量,降低单位吨煤的产出成本。企业管理水平的高低取决于对企业安全生产经营精准的决策,精准的决策来自于对企业安全生产经营信息的准确掌握,而作为指挥机构的调度中心管理水平很关键,只有其管理水平提高了,整个煤炭企业的生产效率才能提高。所以对煤炭企业调度综合信息的管理也就成了当今煤炭企业调度管理的重要研究方向。尽管很多煤炭企业都意识到信息化能给其自身发展带来的好处,逐渐增加了投入,建设了部分信息系统。但是最终应用效果不理想,没有起到应有的作用。本文以煤矿安全生产综合调度管理平台为研究对象,首先通过研究学习国内外煤矿调度管理信息系统的相关理论、管理信息系统相关理论、信息系统分析与设计理论,并将UML与面向对象的统一软件开发过程(UP)理论作为本文的支持理论。其次,通过与佳煤集团调度管理部门相关人员进行实地调查交流,找出调度部门存在的关于生产调度方面的管理问题和信息化当中的问题。同时,借助煤炭业务专家的帮助,归纳出佳煤集团调度管理中存在的若干问题。然后结合UML与面向对象的统一软件开发过程(UP)理论中的分析方法,对佳煤集团安全生产综合调度管理平台的需求进行分析。最后,以UML与面向对象的统一软件开发过程(UP)理论中的设计与实施方法,对佳煤集团安全生产综合调度管理平台的总体结构、数据库、模块等进行设计、实施,并提出对未来煤矿综合调度管理平台的展望。综合调度管理平台既能帮助煤炭企业提高调度指挥的效率,又能及时准确的提供决策支持信息,使得企业不再盲目生产,从而达到了降本增效的目的。本文对煤矿安全生产综合调度管理平台的研究在于帮助煤炭企业提高调度指挥的效率,安全生产,及时准确的将一线的生产信息送达领导,为决策提供支撑信息。
[Abstract]:The coal industry has experienced high development, high profit, into the downturn stage gradually. Coal enterprises in order to maintain its operation, continues to lead the entire industry of coal production, inventory accumulation is too high; on the other hand, the domestic coal enterprise management level is high, the average cost per ton of coal has been high compared with foreign coal enterprises imported coal, CIF price is lower than the average price of coal in China, many enterprises choose to import coal, resulting in a further decline in domestic coal prices; high inventory and low prices lead directly to coal enterprises in China sustained losses in the state. The production cost of coal enterprises continued to rise, while the overall profitability is on the decline. The coal business risk increases. In this environment, the coal enterprises must change management concept, improve the quality of management of enterprises, reduce the production cost per ton of coal At the level of the enterprise management depends on enterprise safety production decision making management decision making from the accurate grasp of information of enterprise production safety management, and as the dispatch center headquarters management level is the key, only the higher level of management, to the whole production efficiency of coal enterprises. So improve the comprehensive scheduling information on the management of coal enterprises has become an important research direction in the coal enterprise management. Although many coal enterprises are aware of the information can bring the benefits to its own development, gradually increase the investment, the construction of the information system. But the final effect is not ideal, did not play its due role in this paper. Integrated dispatching management platform of coal mine safety production as the research object, first through the study of relevant theories of information system in domestic coal mine dispatching management, management letter The related theory of information system, information system analysis and design theory, and the unified software development process UML and object oriented (UP) theory as the theoretical support. Secondly, the investigation through the exchange of related good coal group management personnel, and find out the existing scheduling department of production scheduling management problems and the information on them. At the same time, with the help of the coal business expert help, summed up the problems existing in the management of good coal group scheduling. Then combined with the unified software development process UML and object oriented analysis (UP) method in the theory of good coal safety production scheduling management platform needs to carry on the analysis. Finally, the unified software development process UML and object-oriented (UP) design and implementation method in the theory of coal production safety, good overall structure of integrated dispatching management platform, database That module is designed, implemented, and put forward the prospect of future coal mine comprehensive dispatching management platform. Integrated dispatching management platform can help enterprises to improve the efficiency of coal dispatch and command, and can provide timely and accurate information to support decision-making, makes the enterprise no longer blind production, so as to achieve the purpose of lowering the efficiency. This paper studies on the comprehensive scheduling management platform of coal mine safety production is to help coal enterprises to improve efficiency and safety production dispatching, timely and accurate information to production line service leadership, to provide support information for decision-making.
