中国煤矿管理标准体系构建与应用

【摘要】：结合我国煤矿管理程序,建立了煤矿管理标准体系框架,包括综合经营管理、设计与建设管理、生产管理、安全管理、质量管理、设备与基础设施管理、运输与销售管理、检验试验管理、信息化与监控管理、物资管理、能源与环保管理、科研与标准化管理、职业健康管理13大类,并给出每一大类的层次结构。编制神东煤炭集团煤矿管理标准明细表,共461项管理标准和文件,应用效果良好。
[Abstract]:Combined with China's coal mine management procedures, the framework of coal mine management standard system is established, including comprehensive management, design and construction management, production management, safety management, quality management, equipment and infrastructure management, transportation and sales management.There are 13 categories of test management, information management and monitoring management, material management, energy and environmental protection management, scientific research and standardization management, occupational health management, and the hierarchical structure of each category is given.The detailed list of coal mine management standards of Shendong Coal Group is compiled, with a total of 461 items of management standards and documents, and the application results are good.
