神东公司选煤产品预测与优化方法研究

【摘要】:选煤厂产品的预测与优化对于选煤厂的生产和质量管理至关重要。本文以神东集团的选煤厂为研究目标,对选煤生产过程进行了预测和优化研究,对选煤厂生产得到的初级产品进行了优化配比研究。本文分析了神东集团石圪台选煤厂、上湾选煤厂和活鸡兔选煤厂的历史生产数据,探索了选煤厂原煤灰分与其产品的各个特性的关系。通过挑选原煤灰分、块精煤产率、块精煤发热量、末精煤产率、末精煤灰分、混煤产率、混煤灰分、粗精煤产率和粗精煤灰分共9个实际生产数据进行相关性分析,试图通过原煤的灰分来预测选煤厂产品的特性。分析结果表明,仅仅通过原煤灰分的预测结果准确度不高,对实际生产的指导意义不大。为了使预测结果准确可靠,本文以石圪台选煤厂为目标,研究了其重介浅槽分选机、重介旋流器和螺旋分选机三个分选流程的生产情况。以三个分选环节得到的实际生产数据,绘制了各自的分配曲线,并根据分配曲线的公式,预测了不同入料条件下的产品情况。预测的结果与实际生产情况接近,结果可靠。重介分选过程的优化可以归纳为寻找最佳分选密度。本文以石圪台选煤厂为研究目标,以经济效益最大化为优化目标,对石圪台选煤厂分别进行了单工艺环节和多工艺联合的优化计算。结果表明,差分进化算法对于求解的速度和精确性更高。本文最后以经济效益最大化为目标,研究了不同约束条件下选煤厂初级产品的配比问题。针对动力煤产品的特点,本文将发热量、水分等设置为约束条件,得到了不同约束条件下的最优产品配比,为选煤厂的销售做出了指导。
[Abstract]:The prediction and optimization of coal preparation plant products is very important for the production and quality management of coal preparation plant.In this paper, the coal preparation plant of Shendong Group is taken as the research object, the coal preparation process is predicted and optimized, and the primary products produced by the coal preparation plant are optimized.This paper analyzes the historical production data of Shigetai Coal preparation Plant, Shangwan Coal preparation Plant and Huojianyu Coal preparation Plant of Shendong Group, and probes into the relationship between the ash content of raw coal and the characteristics of its products.Through selecting 9 actual production data of raw coal ash, block clean coal yield, block clean coal calorific value, final clean coal yield, final clean coal ash, mixed coal yield, mixed coal ash, coarse clean coal yield and coarse clean coal ash, the correlation analysis was carried out.This paper attempts to predict the characteristics of coal preparation plant products by the ash content of raw coal.The analysis results show that the prediction results of ash content of raw coal are not accurate enough, which is of little significance to actual production.In order to make the prediction results accurate and reliable, this paper studies the production of the separation process of the heavy medium shallow groove separator, heavy medium cyclone and spiral separator, which is aimed at Shigetai Coal preparation Plant.Based on the actual production data obtained from three sorting links, the distribution curves are drawn, and the product conditions under different feed conditions are predicted according to the formula of the distribution curve.The predicted results are close to the actual production and the results are reliable.The optimization of the remedium sorting process can be summarized as searching for the best separation density.In this paper, Shigetai Coal preparation Plant is taken as the research goal and the economic benefit maximization as the optimization objective, and the single process link and multi-process combination optimization calculation are carried out respectively for Shigetai Coal preparation Plant.The results show that the differential evolution algorithm has higher speed and accuracy.In the end of this paper, the problem of the proportion of primary products in coal preparation plant under different constraints is studied with the aim of maximizing economic benefits.According to the characteristics of thermal coal products, this paper sets the heat and moisture as the constraint conditions, obtains the optimal product proportion under different constraints, and makes the guidance for the sale of coal preparation plant.
