矿用到货自动登记系统设计

【摘要】:针对煤矿物资供货车辆在出入仓库过程中登记手续繁琐、物资交接效率低等问题,设计了一种矿用到货自动登记系统。该系统采用车牌识别作为供货车辆放行的主要依据,以发货单号的条形码扫描和地磅的载重计量为辅助,其基于B/S架构的软件平台具有车牌识别、条形码识别、载重监测、安全监控、系统管理、决策控制、报表查询等功能,并可通过软件接口与煤矿企业资源计划系统通信。从煤矿仓储的具体工作流程可看出,该系统能够自动记录供货车辆车牌号、发货单号、出入库时间等信息,有效节省了人工往返登记时间,提高了供货车辆放行效率。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of complicated registration procedures and low efficiency of material transfer in the process of entering and leaving warehouse for coal mine supplies vehicles, an automatic registration system for mine delivery goods is designed.The system uses license plate recognition as the main basis for the release of the supply vehicle, and is aided by barcode scanning of the single delivery number and the load measurement of the pound. The software platform based on the B / S structure has license plate recognition, bar code recognition, load monitoring, etc.Safety monitoring, system management, decision control, report query and other functions, and can communicate with the coal mine enterprise resource planning system through the software interface.It can be seen from the concrete working flow of the coal mine storage that the system can automatically record the information of the supply vehicle license plate, the delivery order number, the time of entering and leaving the warehouse, and so on, which effectively saves the manual round-trip registration time and improves the release efficiency of the supply vehicle.
