赵庄煤矿大采高加长工作面矿压显现规律研究

【摘要】:工作面实现高产高效是现代化矿井重要关注的问题之一,而实现高产高效的较为有效的方式即是增加工作面的采高、倾斜长度和推进长度。工作面的采高和推进长度一般受矿井煤层地质赋存条件等因素的影响。因此逐渐扩展工作面长度成为各个矿区近年来主要研究的技术方向之一。工作面长度增加不仅可以大大提升工作面产能,避免开采浪费,而且面长加长后同时可以减少巷道布置,从而减少工作面搬家次数,这样更加利于矿井的集中高效生产,提高资源生产效率。晋煤集团赵庄煤矿为了提高产能,目前将工作面长度已经增加到了295m。工作面不断加长的同时,在开采过程当中的一些矿压显现也逐渐出现了一系列新的特征,比如来压强度大、来压持续过程延长、煤壁片帮加重、漏矸频发,经常出现一些露矸冒顶的事故,这样不利于矿井的安全生产,同时减缓了资源开采进度。因此,为更好的掌握工作面加长之后的矿压显现特点,以及工作面加长以后为矿井生产带来的一些隐性灾害,开展大采高加长工作面的矿压显现特征研究,就显得十分必要。本文以赵庄煤矿五盘区首个加长工作面5316为工程背景,采用力学理论分析,现场实测和数学统计分析相结合的方法,主要研究了赵庄煤矿首个大采高长度为270m的工作面矿压规律,并与5302普通长度工作面(斜长为219.7m)的矿压特征进行了对比,得出了工作面长度加长后一些矿压变化情况,主要研究成果如下:(1)结合关键层理论,揭示了工作面上覆岩层的关键层分布情况,并通过“板理论”和“梁理论”对加长工作面来压步距进行了理论研究和计算。通过“板理论”研究了工作面长度对顶板来压步距以及来压强度的影响;(2)通过现场实测的方法,统计研究了5316大采高加长工作面的矿压显现特征;(3)通过现场实测的方法,对5316加长工作面与5302普通工作面的矿压显现特征进行了对比分析,掌握了工作面长度加长后矿压显现变化情况,验证了理论分析的正确性。(4)通过统计分析的数学方法,分析了工作阻力与初撑力、时间的相关关系,并研究了初撑力和时间因素对工作阻力的显著性影响。本论文对赵庄煤矿首个加长工作面5316的矿压显现特征进行了详细的研究,揭示了工作面加长之后的相关矿压显现特征,并对比了与普通工作面的矿压情况,一定程度上不仅为赵庄煤矿加长工作面的安全生产提供了指导,也为类似地质条件的工作面提供了矿压显现参考依据,给出了重要的实际引荐价值。
[Abstract]:The realization of high yield and high efficiency in working face is one of the most important problems in modern mines, and the more effective way to realize high yield and high efficiency is to increase the mining height, inclined length and propelling length of working face.The mining height and propulsive length of coal face are generally affected by geological conditions of coal seam.Therefore, expanding the working face length gradually becomes one of the main technical research directions in each mining area in recent years.The increase of working face length can not only greatly enhance the productivity of the face and avoid waste of mining, but also reduce the roadway layout after the lengthening of the face length, thus reducing the number of working face moving, which is more conducive to the centralized and efficient production of the mine.Improve the efficiency of resource production.In order to improve production capacity, Zhaozhuang Coal Mine of Jin Coal Group has increased the length of working face to 295 m.As the face continues to grow, a series of new features have gradually emerged during the mining process, such as high pressure intensity, prolonged pressure coming process, heavier coal wall cover, and frequent gangue leakage.There are frequent roof-falling accidents, which is not conducive to the safety of mine production and slow down the progress of resource mining.Therefore, in order to better grasp the characteristics of mine pressure behavior after the face lengthening and some hidden disasters brought to the mine production after the face lengthening, it is very necessary to carry out the study on the characteristics of the mine pressure behavior of the large mining height lengthening working face.In this paper, based on the engineering background of the first extended face 5316 in Wupan District of Zhaozhuang Coal Mine, the method of combining mechanical theory analysis, field measurement and mathematical statistical analysis is adopted.This paper mainly studies the rock pressure law of the first large mining height working face in Zhaozhuang coal mine, and compares it with the mine pressure characteristics of 5302 normal length working face (219.7 m inclined length), and obtains some changes of mine pressure after the length of working face is lengthened.The main research results are as follows: (1) combined with the critical layer theory, the distribution of the key strata of the overlying strata on the face is revealed, and the pressure step distance of the extended working face is theoretically studied and calculated by "plate theory" and "beam theory".The influence of working face length on roof pressure step distance and pressure intensity is studied by means of "plate theory". (2) through the method of field measurement, the characteristics of mine pressure behavior in 5316 large mining height lengthening face are statistically studied.In this paper, the characteristics of mine pressure behavior in 5316 extended face and 5302 common working face are compared and analyzed. The variation of mine pressure behavior after the length of working face is increased is grasped, and the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified. 4) the mathematical method of statistical analysis is used to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.The relationship between the working resistance and the initial support force and time was analyzed, and the significant influence of the first support force and time factor on the working resistance was studied.In this paper, the characteristics of mine pressure behavior of the first extended face 5316 in Zhaozhuang coal mine are studied in detail, and the related characteristics of mine pressure behavior after the face lengthening are revealed, and the mine pressure situation of the coal face is compared with that of the common working face.To a certain extent, it not only provides the guidance for the safety production of the extended working face in Zhaozhuang Coal Mine, but also provides the reference basis for the appearance of mine pressure in the face of similar geological conditions, and gives the important practical introduction value.
